Dev was extremely helpful in providing the technical assistance I needed to get everything set up properly and smoothly. He was patient, friendly, and approachable throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly, making sure I understood the solutions to the questions I had. At no point did I feel rushed or overwhelmed. Dev’s willingness to help went far beyond simply handing over the phone. His support made the transition from my broken phone much less stressful, and I was also supported even after the purchase was completed.   I had a very positive experience at Best Buy ( Hillcrest Mall) on May 6,2026 while purchasing a new phone after my old one unexpectedly broke. Marjan, the sales associate who assisted us, was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was Marjan’s initiative in understanding exactly what I needed, including the features important to me such as memory size and overall usability. Rather than simply trying to sell a product, she carefully listened and provided thoughtful suggestions on plans, bundles, and options that could help save money while still meeting my needs. I also truly appreciated that there was no pressure during the visit. Marjan respected our choices and gave us the time and space to consider different options comfortably. She went above and beyond to search for solutions and check availability so we could get the phone as soon as possible, which was especially important given my situation. The entire experience felt professional, supportive, and customer-focused from beginning to end.   Good service and attentive. No complaints, and very respectful. They understand when a customer is interested and when they like to browse without help. There are also constant deals with Bell. Good place to sign up for internet and telecommunications.
