  I am a 69 year old man and I don't speak English well. An exceptional Experience with Marjan at Best buy. I would like to sincerely thank Marjan a truly kind, patient, and wonderful employee at Best buy I recently purchased a new Samsung A37,and a few days later I visited Best buy to transfer my information from my old Samsung A22 to my new phone I was very fortunate to meet Marjan. She patiently spend approximately two and a half hours helping me transfer all of my information. I did not have the passwords for some of my accounts including my email and Instagram, but Marjan never become frustrated or gave up. She patiently worked through everything and did her very best to make sure, I had my information on my new phone, what touched me most was not only her, technical knowledge and professionalism, but her kindness, patience, respect, and genuine willingness to help. I offered to pay her for the considerable time and effort she had given me, but she verykindly refused. Marjan, I want you to know that your kindness truly touched my heart, In a world where people are often too busy to stop and help others, you gave me your time, patience, and sincere care without expecting anything in return, thank you, Marjan. from the bottom of my heart.
