A employee at the store was very helpful. He approached me and I asked for help regarding where the power cable and supply section is. A product I bought at a competing store was defective. In the end I had to purchase it at a different store, but the service was very friendly and the employee guided me to the different areas where those products are located. Always liked Best Buy.
Nice and clean, very expensive. Dropped in for a minute asked for the item I was looking for , never had it. Looked around for a minute, saw a vacuum cleaner, for over $1000!!!!!! A VACUUM CLEANER!!! Sucks up a bit of extra dust and they think its worth an extra $900 for that! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Just crazy imo.
Staff were nice but thats my last time in a BEST NOT BUY. 😁
I had an amazing experience with Yasaman! She was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. Even when I had concerns and was unhappy about a few things at first, she went above and beyond to help me, make me feel comfortable, and find the best solution for me.
Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She always helped with a smile and made sure I left satisfied. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Thank you so much, Yasaman

We visited Best Buy and needed some assistance, and CK was extremely helpful. He took the time to understand our needs, answer our questions, and guide us through the process. His customer service was great and made the experience much better. I did notice that several associates seemed to be standing around, checking the time, or chatting rather than helping customers. Another associate we spoke with, her name I don’t remember, did not seem very engaged, confident, or helpful. Because of that, I was especially grateful for CK’s assistance.
Excellent Service at Best Buy Mavis (store) vs Horrible Service at the Richmond Hill Store
I am extremely upset with my recent experience at the Richmond Hill Best Buy. On April 26/2026, I went to return a laptop due to login issues and freezing after an update. I explained the attendant at CS and she called “CK” the so called “manager” who rudely told me that I was not able to return it at that location because it was not bought there and I had to drive to the Mississauga Mavis store (Heartland store) I told him that nowhere in the receipt it said that I had to return it where I bought. He lied to me saying that the regulations and policy indicated that I had to drive that way and that I did not have any idea about discounts policy, etc! I asked him several times where in the documents I had was a policy written stating his lies? He rudely disregarded my question and told me that it was my problem not his. Being very upset I told this individual CK that we were in Canada not Latin America, India or other country in which mistreating of customers is rampant. As I was leaving the store he chased me to the parking lot calling me names and saying he did not care where I complaint. See you security cameras at around 3 pm on!
After I drove 55 minutes to the store in Mississauga I was treated like all customers are suppose to be treated! From super Sandy at front desk, to Akshat super helpful who deleted my personal information and reset the laptop and process the return. All the while supervised by 2 of my favorite people and gentlemen with class Mr. Simran and Mr. Amrit both feeling worry about my issues and apologizing on behalf of Best Buy for the wrongful treatment and lies, I was told in Richmond Hill. Congratulations to all the wonderful staff. This issue is about the lack of respect to a client, non-existent customer service and accountability, and respect for my time and livelihood. I request a formal explanation of what occurred and how this will be prevented in the future at Richmond Hill location because no customer should be told lies nor endure this kind of mistreatment and lack of respect. As far as I am concerned “That CK individual” of the Richmond Hill store should fire on the spot!
