  I walked in excited to buy the osmo pocket 4! I asked the associates what is the cost after tax but they said they can’t help me as they don’t have it , yet Best Buy clearly had it , it doesn’t hurt to go on the website and order it for a customer and tell them the price after tax , I went there on 2 days and got the same answer, Ahmed was one of the associates . This was very disappointing

  I bought a Soundcore P30i from this Best Buy Express location on Friday. When I opened the box at home one of the ear tips was missing. I returned to the store with my receipt within 2 days but the staff told me they couldn’t help because the box had been opened and asked me to contact the manufacturer instead. This is not a return issue it’s a product that was incomplete at the time of purchase. I expected better support for a defective item. The interaction with the staff was also not very helpful or respectful. I hope management can improve customer service and handle cases like this more fairly so other customers don’t experience the same issue.
