  Friendly staff however I went to purchase a phone which I had already decided upon before going and did not require assistance or information about the product but I still had to wait for 15 minutes before someone brought the phone and cashed me out.

  DON'T SHOP HERE!! THEY ARE THIEVES!! Recently bought a "NEW" ps5 dualsense controller (since mine has stick drift) When I opened the box, I found someone's old controller. I failed to notice the sticker had been tampered (that's on me). But Best Buy refused to honor the purchase w/ an exchange or refund despite someone in the store obviously being complicit as it was wrapped in Anti theft wiring. I'm now going through my credit card company to try and get the purchase charged back.

  One of my best sales experiences was in BestBuys near Coventry Road .A sales associate Shahad took me on a journey on understanding on how to buy a laptop and she also gave options of purchasing one .Even though it was $100 more than the other retail shop I have been .I bought the laptop because of her care for me to purchase one.Go Best Buys go

  Website says that have multiple of what I came for. Wait around for almost an hour for an associate to assist me and another half hour for them to search everywhere and not find what I came for. Absolute joke of a store and company. Keep everything locked away and have no staff to assist, and people wonder why these garbage companies are dropping like flies to online retailers. Will never step foot in another best buy again. Pathetic.

  Worst company ever. Sub- standard products. NEVER BUY THE HOUSE OF MARLEY BLUETOOTH SOLAR- POWERED SPEAKER. SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE BECAUSE IT IS!!! I bought a speaker from here last December and purchased a $25 two- year warranty. It stopped working yesterday and is just doing some stupid glitchy things; won't charge, won't connect to other devices, just sits there with a light on looking stupid. Waste of money and waste of time. I called best buy and they had me on hold, then connected me to two people, none of whom could actually help me. They refuse to give a refund and say they will issue me a gift card, excluding the price of the warranty. I told them I wanted a refund instead, as who would want a gift card to a technology store that makes, stocks, and sells sub- standard products? This place is a joke. Just don't go. Never go. Never spend money here.
