  Tried to find out which keyboards are physically on display here. After 25min on the phone with a central agen I was eventually informed that he doesnt know, I can't talk to the actualbstore because of a new policy AND he can't communicate with the store directly either. Absolutely ridiculous policy and horrendous customer service.

  I had a terrible experience purchasing an appliance here 12 months ago and a terrible experience with customer service regarding the protection plan for that appliance more recently. I've spent a lot of money here over the years but I would rather pay more at a different store than deal with Best Buy again and after hearing about my experience my friends are saying the same.

  Great service and advice! I went to Best Buy to look for a camera after an unsuccessful shopping experience at Henry’s. Roshy was very knowledgeable and gave me a really great deal. The products were the same as those at Henry’s, but the price was much more competitive and the deal was simply irresistible! When you want to buy a camera, go to Best Buy first! They are not just "Electronic Shop"

  I really can’t say I would wish to come back here. Our shopping experience was quite poor. Trying to find someone to get help was more difficult than deciding on what I was going to buy for my purchase. Picking up an online order took eternity, there was no one there. We pushed the button on the desk which is like a door bell, it took a good 15 minutes before anyone came. It really felt like I was inconveniencing someone to pickup what I purchased. I did get what I ordered and had no issues afterwards. As the store is out of the way for me, I would go elsewhere next time. It’s not the ideal experience at all

  been lied to by several staff members at Best Buy....bought a laptop for 1800$ about a month ago...about 2 weeks ago i spilled something on it and brought it in to see if i could get it repaired...Iwinosa the person at the front counter said I could purchase an extended warranty and have it covered under warranty so of course I did...then they send off the laptop for repairs and said they did not have parts to repair it ( even though its new ) and that it would not be covered under warranty ...so spoke with some managers and 1 of them is Brody and he said first of all that the extended warranty could only be purchased at the time the laptop was purchased but the rep that sold me the laptop said I had 30 days to buy the extended warranty...so I don't know who's lying here...as well as the girl who sold me the extended warranty lied to me as well....I asked for a refund but of course they declined even though they don't have parts and cannot fix my new laptop of 1800.00$ what a scam...
