  Been a apple customer for 20 years, my clinic have all apple products and service is awful. Customer service is questionable (we buy apple care for each of our product so we have the best service... now it seems the care is more of a scam) They lost a customer who will be switching to Window computers and android phones for his clinics. Sad to leave a product we take pride to use for the last 20 years in front of our patients.

  Myself is in retail as well. If I were the store manger, I would keep hiring until no customer needs to walk around in store for 20 minutes and no one bothers to come and say ‘Hi’.

  Employees are nightmare .People buy more than 2k products and employees reflect exhaustion of their day.Even we said we buy new iPhone,2 female employees left us alone.Do they get prisoned in this store?Manager needs to be changed and employees need to be disciplined.I would give 1 star but second star for young bro’s kindness who helped us.

  One of if not the worst Apple store in all of Canada and possibly North America, staff and admin lack knowledge on basic functions such as how per device back up works and any technical issues you will not solve here as almost all staff have little to no knowledge on anything technical and just regurgitate telling you to buy a new device. Only go here to buy official items from apple not for repairs that are harder than a battery swap as every repair i've done at this store has resulted in more cosmetic damage or hardware damage as they don't take proper care of your devices, even with devices like Airpods Max all repair is automated so if their robot doesn't detect anything ur SOL unless you escalate to apple consumer relations. This store has made me never want to go in store again, after they messed up my 4th device repair I simply use express replacements now as it's simply a waste of time and emotional willpower. This store is a blemish and an embarrassment to the Apple brand.
