The customer service was not willing to listen to my issue and even the manager dismissed it. They didn't even diagnose my phone. Went to the Rideau location where the same issue was fixed at no charge. Avoid this store.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the service advisor during my recent visit.
From the start of the interaction, the advisor came across as dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. Instead of listening carefully to my concerns regarding my iPhone 17 Pro Max screen and warranty coverage, he repeatedly focused on an estimate that was not the reason for my visit. It felt as though my concerns were being ignored rather than addressed.
What was most concerning was the way I was spoken to. The advisor’s tone was unnecessarily confrontational, and at one point he suggested calling a manager because I supposedly did not understand. As a customer seeking assistance, I found this comment disrespectful and inappropriate. Customer service should be about understanding and resolving concerns, not challenging or talking down to customers.
I was also left with the impression that I was being judged rather than helped. Every customer deserves to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect regardless of their appearance, background, or level of technical knowledge.
I have always associated Apple with exceptional customer service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that additional customer service and communication training is provided to ensure future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
This was one of the poorest customer service experiences I have encountered, and it has significantly impacted my confidence in this location.

I went into the Bayshore store yesterday evening fully planning to upgrade my phone and buy a new device right then and there. I approached an employee named Dave and told him what I was looking for. He told me he’d send someone over to help me out, but after standing around waiting for 15 minutes, absolutely no one ever showed up.
I understand that retail locations can get busy, but being completely ignored and forgotten about is a terrible customer experience. I ended up just walking out empty-handed.
I have always been a loyal Apple customer, but the customer service at this specific location definitely needs improvement. I expected much better.

Came with my mom to purchase a new iPhone 17 for her as a gift and trade in her old phone. What should have been a simple purchase and phone transfer turned into a frustrating two hour experience.
The employee helping us seemed inexperienced. She started backing up the old phone while also trying to transfer to the new phone, which ended up wasting over 40 minutes. The transfer failed and she eventually had to get help. The next employee had to put the new phone into recovery mode and reset it because the setup process had glitched.
After the backup was cancelled, both phones were connected directly using a transfer cable and the transfer finally worked. That still took another 45 minutes of sitting around.
The original employee was overdue for her break and had to find someone “reliable” to get the cable back. I offered to return the cable to any employee, but that apparently was not good enough. After waiting over two hours, I could not care less which employee took the cable back. While processing the trade in refund, I was asked about the cable multiple times, as if I had taken it. I had just purchased a nearly $1,300 phone, so being questioned over a cheap cable felt ridiculous and insulting.
On top of all this, the employee never asked who the receipt should be issued to. It was put under my mom’s Apple account and iCloud email instead of my information, even though I was the one purchasing it.
The overall experience was disorganized, slow, and unprofessional. A simple phone purchase and transfer should not take over two hours, and basic things like the receipt should be handled properly.
I will not be coming back to this location to buy an Apple product again.
