  Absurd wait times even with an appointment, staff are not knowledgeable about the products and they can’t even do proper replacements in store anymore. Apple Store is nothing like it used to be. Now a dreaded experience

  Waited 30+ minutes after being checked in for a simple phone screen replacement. No one came to see me, whoever checked me in cancelled my appointment. This is the worst customer service and lack of awareness from staff (having long winded consverations like there’s a huge queue) out of any Apple Store I’ve ever visited. Wasted my whole day there for a simple screen replacement. Do better

  Went to check out the new colours of the iPhone 18 Pro & Pro Max in Glacier, Burgundy, Silver and Black. You have to see the iPhones in person; it’s the best way to experience the colours.

  The worst Apple Store experience EVER, globally. Bought an iPhone18 pro and they asked me to go to the setup station to transfer my data. I was the last one they took to do the transfer at store as it was close to 8:30pm. A lady started the activation and data transfer process for me, though giving me little attention and instructions because she was busy with other customers, which I understood. Anyways, it turned out that what she told me to do was wrong and the transfer was incorrect because she should’ve let me do a phone to phone transfer instead of a cloud transfer. Because she was not sure what to do then, she paged her manager, an arrogant man thinking he is the owner of Apple, who came and told me I had only limited options (call iPhone support or come back tomorrow) because they close at 9pm. I was very upset to see that he didn’t seem apologetic at all for THEIR MISTAKE. And this funny male told me it was entirely “my responsibility to complete the transfer”. LOL. So why bother setting up fake setup stations while we customers are supposed to know 100% about phone setup? I told him he completely ignored my emotions and he let me be “realistic”. Ok so I realistically returned my phone and wrote this bad review against that specific male. I can’t believe Apple would hire someone like this to be a customer facing role. Maybe he needs to be realistic and get properly educated first before going into the store and throwing his attitude around arbitrarily. Avoid him at all cost unless you want to be given a lecture about your responsibility as a customer. Will escalate this to the headquarters.
