  Disappointed with Apple Trade In support. I received my old iPhone back after declining the trade-in offer, but my charger was missing from the package. Tried contacting support and got no response.

  Bought apple watch ultra last night but when we got home it is not the milanese loop that we asked for, got regular strap instead. Drive 1hr just to get it a a gift, very much dissapointed.

  Extremely disappointed with the service at the Apple Store. I’ve now spoken to seven different employees, visited multiple times in person, and still haven’t gotten any real help with my issue. Every time I explain the problem, I get passed to someone else and have to start over from the beginning. I originally thought I had called and made progress, but after wasting hours going back and forth, nothing has actually been resolved. The communication is disorganized, nobody seems accountable, and the customer service experience has been frustrating from start to finish. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this was shockingly bad. I expected competence and follow-through, not endless runarounds and wasted time.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Apple Store. We ordered and paid in advance for an iPhone, selected an available pickup time. My husband showed up only to be dismissed by a rude, unhelpful employee. What should have been a simple, seamless transaction turned into a frustrating mess, ending with him cancelling and repurchasing the same phone on the spot. The whole interaction felt dismissive and, frankly, like my husband was being profiled. Save yourself the time and frustration, shop elsewhere.

  Apple has a very inefficient system of reserving a product for pick up. I reserved online, paid for it, took time off work to go pick it up in the morning and was greeted by a rudd lady that checked my ID and told me to call a 1800 number to ask for my phone. And walked away being explicitly unhelpful. I called the number and told me the order was being processed and wanted to hang up on me. I told them I'm talking to another apple salesman on the floor and they definitely have stock in the store. Again person on the phone was unhelpful, unsympathetic and basically didn't care about wasting my time. So I cancelled the online order and paid for a new one at the Apple store. I hope I get my refund immediately otherwise I will escalate it with my credit card company. Will never buy an apple product again!
