- KKKaren Koen3 days ago5.0Stopped in just to quickly browse phones and was greeted by Sharmitha. She was able to convince me to upgrade my phone to a new Samsung S26 AND my bill is now about $6 less a mth.( Not much I know, but still less.) Both Sharmitha and Shajee worked to get the phone and plan that worked best for me and what i wanted. They were friendly and funny as they bantered back and forth. Highly recommend!!

- RSRay SSep 26, 20261.0Horrible store manager, Milind Soni. He doesn’t know his own company’s policy when I question his ambiguous statements. Then he pretended to hide in the backroom for 20 minutes supposedly talking to someone and decided not to honour Best Buy’s policy AFTER showing me their online policy and me demonstrating that I am following them. He got extremely rude and disrespectful, started yelling at me when getting overwhelmed Infront of customers. I would’ve gave 0 stars if I could!
