I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I was not satisfied with the phone and wanted to return it, but the store refused to accept the return. The customer service was frustrating and unhelpful, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. As a customer, I expected better support, clear communication, and a reasonable solution to my problem. Unfortunately, my experience was completely disappointing. I believe customer satisfaction should be a priority, not something customers have to fight for. Based on this experience, I am very unhappy with Best Buy and would think twice before purchasing from this store again.
