    Zero customer service. Employees are all teenagers who have zero experience of handling customers. No respectful interactions with customers they are rude and immature. Not recommended

    I purchased a dash cam for my husband for Christmas. The salesman said it was one of the best ones made. It was over $200 so expected it to be good. After only 3 1/2 months it wasn't working. My husband went into Best Buy Oshawa with the bill and was told that they couldn't help him because the extended warranty wasn't purchased. The dash cam had a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Any other place we have bought something has contacted the manufacturer and honored the warranty. Very poor customer service. Even if an extended warranty had been purchased it runs at the same time as the manufacturer warranty so in fact you are paying for a 2 year warranty but only getting 1 year.

    Visited on April 30th at 6:20 pm to do a refund on my purchase. The return went fine, but the associate who processed our return ("Shamar" according to his name tag), was very horrible and lacking in customer service. He was standing at the customer service counter. He only waved us over, and did not give any eye contact or say a word to us at all throughout the entire encounter. He did not greet nor asked what were at the counter for, as well as did not tell us that the pinpad for the refund was ready. Something as simple as very basic, customer service was not at all delivered by Shamar. He looked very bored and uninterested in doing his job. I am very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of simple, basic customer service training the employees receive in this store, because this is the third time I've walked in for something but felt a lack of proper customer courtesy. If you need any tech and other related supplies, you would be better off buying at other stores (canada computers, staples, etc.) because at least you will feel treated as a decent customer there.

    Return at this location was sketchy on a brand new item that I didnt even open from box. I had a digital receipt which they at once told me it cannot be used because they cannot find it. One of the rep there was questiong me with attitude such that I am returning an item that doesn't belong to me. After a few tries, and back and forth conversations between the reps they finally found a way to process the refund. Overall not a pleasant and respectful experience

    I had the pleasure of dealing with a young man at Best buy Oshawa today. His name was Adam. He was very professional and super helpful, he went above and beyond for me and made sure I was completely satisfied. I left the store after buying a new phone with more knowledge and confidence in my purchase. He was patient and kind beyond expected. Adam is truly an asset to his company. Thankyou again Adam.
