    I am honestly FED UP with this Best Buy location. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I will not be deleting this review until my original Asus charger is returned to me in working condition. I brought my computer in to be repaired and included my original Asus charger with it beginning 2026. Somehow, the staff lost my charger during the shipment to fix it. That should never happen when customers trust a store with their personal property. Since then, I’ve had to go back to this store three separate times because of mistakes made by the employees. First visit: I gave them my laptop and charger. Later I was told the charger was missing. Completely unacceptable. They returned my laptop fixed but NO charger. Second visit: They gave me a replacement charger and said it worked, but they never tested it properly with my computer. I got home and found out it didn’t even fit my laptop. I wasted my time driving back and forth just to be given a whole different USED charger that didnt even fit. Third visit: I had to return again because of their mistake. This time they gave me another charger. They didn’t charge me for it, but that doesn’t change the fact that they lost my original charger in the first place. The replacement charger worked for about three months and then started falling apart. The glue came loose and it actually sparked while I was charging my computer. That is dangerous and should never happen. I am extremly bothered and mad , to this day. The charger that I need for my computer is over 80 dollars because I need it to have AT LEAST 100 Watts to charge or else it will be weak and take up to 4 hours to fully charge. I am so tired of explaining my situation to everyone over and over again. I will not be content or satisfied until the Manager figures this out and returns my charger. Now my laptop battery is completely messed up because of the chargers they gave me. Before all of this, my battery and original charger worked perfectly fine. Now my battery barely lasts an hour. This has been truly disappointing customer service and easily the worst Best Buy experience I’ve had. I will never return to this location again. If my exact charger is not returned to me, or I am not properly compensated with a genuine working Asus charger, I will continue reporting this store and escalating the issue however I can. Completely unacceptable experience. I wish I could even give a 0 star rating.
