Some people should just not work in this industry. Tried to trade up my phone and wouldn’t take any forms of digital ID, physical bank card, or other proof of address/Identity. Even though I had shown it the night before and the week before when I went in to order the phone and received codes to my phone confirming I am the account holder. Came back with physical ID, asked about a gift card I was told I would get and the same manager said it’s not applicable on the phone. If it was a mistake, absolutely 0 show of goodwill, honouring what other employees have said, and because I questioned their ID policy, she had already made up her mind about me, no apology or anything. Promote some of the younger staff, they obviously need some fresh mentalities in the management department.
