  I would like to say thank you very much to Visch from the Geek squad for fixing the problem with my brother's TV you see unfortunately my brother has dementia and Visch was very professional in setting everything up for him, nice young man much appreciated thanks again.

  The best buy online services are crap, the AI generated chat goes in circles and has no real answers. When I asked the speak with a real person the AI bot just started their script from the top.

  I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a new computer. My first interaction unfortunately wasn’t a good one. The first employee who approached me was wearing a Geek Squad shirt, and I found his attitude somewhat arrogant. He didn’t seem interested in helping, wasn’t very engaging, and overall didn’t make me feel like he wanted my business. Thankfully, Ryan stepped in and completely changed my experience. Ryan was awesome — friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me. He listened to what I was looking for, answered my questions patiently, and helped me feel confident about purchasing my new ASUS computer. There was a huge difference in customer service between the two interactions. Ryan is exactly the kind of salesperson you want to deal with when making an important purchase. I’m very happy with the computer and especially appreciative of Ryan’s excellent service. Thank you, Ryan, for turning my experience around and making my visit to Best Buy a positive one!

  Never Again will I be a Best Buy customer. First off, nobody was available to help. My wife and I needed a new fridge and decided to check Best Buy since they advertised one that seemed to fit our needs. They didn't have one on display but said that they had one in the back. When asked if he could open the box so that we could see it and inspect it, the answer was a steadfast "no". When I informed him that it would be like buying a car by looking at a photo, his answer was that "he couldn't do it". He offered zero help for our troubles. I told him that we would go elsewhere. We did. We went across the parking lot to Leons. Where the manager Paul showed us everything, gave us an excellent deal AND free delivery. Thanks for nothing Worst Buy. Never, EVER, again.
