- JBJohnathan Berry5 days ago1.0Do not use this best buy or geek squad. Terrible service! Just purchased a new phone, which had to argue the sales member of the available plans. Then paid geek squad to transfer files from old device. Took 2 hours and they came out with it at 1% and saying it kept crashing for me to now go home, do it successfully within 20 minutes. This place is an absolute joke for "tech"
