  This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had. We came to the store planning to open a new phone plan, but the lady and gentleman who assisted us had an extremely poor attitude. They acted as though they did not want to serve us and made us feel unwelcome. We have visited this location before and previously opened two accounts, and our experiences with the other staff members were very good. Unfortunately, the service we received from these two employees today was completely different and very disappointing. Customer service should be respectful, professional, and welcoming, regardless of the situation. We hope Bell takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated at this location.

  This place is quiet, with good atmosphere and the staffs are super friendly. Especially, Ali he is a great guy. I bought one product and I was already running late during closing hours but he explained everything well and stayed calm to suggest all the details and most importantly helped me with my transaction.Thanks to him, I was able to get my tablet.
