  They told me I can’t return watches at this location because they don’t have any technical experts at this location to examine it. I was able to return it at other express locations so I’m not sure why this location. So they’re basically telling me that the express location only have sales people and no experts so their recommendations are questionable.

  Worst experience ever, name -sales executive susan, bought airpods and having connections issue and trying to return and exchange them and she didn’t want to have a conversation and by straight face saying we can’t do it with knowing the issue with the device. Telling hygiene issue. Bought it on 4 sept and try to exchange on 9 sept. The air pod right ear is getting disconnected every 5mins. Don't buy for center point best buy.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows everything about the products inside and out. She was extremely helpful, patient, and made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Faezeh definitely stands out. Best Buy is very lucky to have her on the team!
