  I wanted to return a TV and had already completed the initial online return process for the Centrepoint location. But when I went there to return it, they told me they wouldn’t accept it and sent me to another address that was very far from my home. Later, I found out that they actually should have accepted the return at that location, and there was no need for me to go to another branch. They basically brushed me off and didn’t handle my return because it was too much trouble for them. I’m really disappointed that you treat people this way and cause them so much inconvenience.
