My kids completely overloaded their phones' storage, and the team helped us fix everything. They were incredibly patient with both of my kids—when one method didn't work, they just tried another. Honestly, after this experience... I think I might become an Apple customer myself and get a laptop (and I'm totally an Android person 😅😜). I highly recommend the entire team!

I was clearly told at the Apple Store that I could get my sons phone fixed within a year at no cost. Based on that assurance, I went ahead with the repair. To my shock, I was later billed $800 with no proper explanation. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff were unhelpful and didn’t take responsibility for what I was originally told. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this felt misleading and unfair. Long-time customers should be treated with honesty and respect, not surprised with huge charges after being told otherwise. This situation has seriously damaged my trust in Apple, and I’m now reconsidering continuing with their products.
