  I went there yesterday to trade in my 15 pro for 17 pro. To be honest the white guy with beards. He just ignored me but attended 8-9 years old kids who were there just for fun. And i was there first just beside them. I don’t even know his name but no hello hi no nothing. He just ignored me. He didn’t even return to me asking after those kids said no. I was looking iPhone. That’s the minus point for your reviews. But in the other hand the lovely lady Jasmine who came to me she asked me if i need anything. I told her why i was there she was so patience. TBH her vibe towards customer was so positive i even forgot the initial things. He assist me with everything single thing. I even trade in my 15 pro within an hour because of her. Thank you jasmine you really changed my attitude towards my shopping and you made my day.

  It was indeed an excellent experience to have Aisha Kashyap assist me in solving all my issues on my Apple Watch and iPhone. Being an elderly she took the time with ease and cheerfulness to explain the different ways of managing both devices? When question arose regarding the usage, she quickly explain the rationale behind it and ways to prevent any further issues. She successfully connected both devices to my hearing aid which I’m so grateful . Thank you for having an apple employee like her. She is a great asset to your place , able to offer needed services with a deep knowledge of your products.

  I had a great experience with the workers here, who were very kind and helpful. I will be enjoying my new Apple products, thanks to the guidance of Joseph and Barback (sorry if is not correctly how you spell his name). Thanks again!

  Awful experience. Was just trying to get an AirPod replaced and what should’ve been the simplest thing was made so difficult. Took 10 minutes before I could talk to an employee who made me book an appointment that had me waiting 25 minutes until I got up and left, all while 5 employees were free standing around and talking to each other.
