  I had an amazing experience at Best Buy in Bayshore, thanks to Osman! He was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He spent a lot of time explaining the different options, answering all my questions, and helping me find the best phone at a great price. I truly appreciated his honesty, kindness, and dedication to making sure I was happy with my purchase. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Bayshore Best Buy.

  While the service was friendly enough once we were attended, we had been standing waiting to be acknowledged for about 10 minutes and without so much as a look in our direction. There was even a gentleman who had walked in later than we did who got acknowledged and asked if he needed help l. At this point I had to speak up to politely say we had arrived first. Please consider that in the future, even if you are "under staffed" (as the employee offered as an excuse as to why we had been ignored for so long...), the minimum standard of good customer service is to at least greet and let the waiting customer know that they will be serviced as soon as possible.
