I went to this very frustrated from the merivale location and I want yo say thank you to Yousef and coworkers of this location for their help. They made the process so much easier. They listened and understood, which is what we lacked from the other location.

I am beyond livid. The customer service at the downsized Best Buy in Barrhaven is absolutely pathetic.
I bought a pair of Meta Ray-Bans from another location with a clear 30-day return window. I barely used them for a week before realizing they weren’t for me, so I took them to the Barrhaven store—in pristine, original condition—to get my refund.
Instead of professional service, I got stone-walled by employees claiming that because they "opened and touched my face," they couldn't take them back. Are you kidding me? When I demanded to see this "policy" in writing, they had the audacity to refuse and told me, “It’s in our training.” That is not a policy; that is a pathetic excuse for laziness or incompetence.
I later spoke with an actual Meta representative who confirmed what I already knew: Yes, they are returnable even if opened. It is an absolute disgrace that Best Buy hires people this clueless and empowers them to represent the brand. If you want to be lied to and treated like an idiot, go to the Barrhaven location. Otherwise, save yourself the rage and go literally anywhere else. NEVER AGAIN.

I tried calling Best Buy in Barrhaven Ontario. I was switched to an answering service who had trouble speaking English. Then the person kept saying your breaking up and refused to help me.
I had an excellent customer service experience today at the Barrhaven location with Sagar. If you’re ever looking to get a new phone or plan, or simply want to upgrade and save money, I highly recommend asking for Sagar. (Or anything else you are looking for at Best Buy!). Very nice, friendly, and patient person. A big shoutout to this associate! Please keep up the great work!
