  Disorganized store with boxes displayed on shelf for items not in stock, or available for order. Adversarial staff, who prefer to argue store policies over assisting customers with making purchases at other locations when stock unavailable. Not worth the visit, go to merivale road location and save the hassle.

  I came to the store for a geek squad issue to the store and Nikki served me to help me connect my iPad to printer. I am very pleased with her service

  Sad to see the unprofessional customer service at this location. There were multiple agents in the store and they were gossiping amount themselves. No respect for the customer waiting. Seriously lake of proper training and education of the product they deal with. No plans to come back here.

  Terrible experience with their Purolator pick service. Very dissatisfied. The employees do not know the rules for pick up and drop off of packages and do not care to read them once shown to prove that someone at the same address can pick up and drop off. My partner went in first to drop off and pick up packages and received a lot of trouble because my last name is different than his. Do I need to change my last name to appease these employees? The pick up rules online state same address, does not specify same last name. I also did not appreciate the rudeness I got after I kindly asked them to read their rules when I went in later.

  Usually i do not prefer to give bad reviews but this store seriously needs to analyse their employees’ behaviour. My first visit? I was given wrong information on a specific product, I went to the other best buy and I was literally told “ Barrhaven best buy people dont know anything, they always give wrong info.” AND on my second visit, I was passed a comment on my race. Passing racist comments to the customers, the management should take this extremely seriously and should fire the employee who is spreading hate. This store is literally the size of 2 Starbucks. I am pretty sure this store will not survive for too long if such incidents happen. To the girl who was racist to me, be thankful to me that I am not disclosing your name here, But seriously …shame on you.
