  We came to Best Buy yesterday and had the pleasure of being helped by Doan. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and honest with his recommendations. He took the time to explain the different options and gave us really helpful advice without putting any pressure on us. We were so impressed with his service and recommendations that we came back today specifically because of him and ended up purchasing the phone he recommended. Doan made the entire experience easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes the time to understand what the customer needs instead of simply trying to make a sale. Best Buy is very lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you, Doan, for the excellent service!

  I had a wonderful experience at Best Buy on Merivale today, and I especially want to recognize Doan for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to us, understand what we needed, and went above and beyond to help us. He made the whole experience so much easier and more pleasant. Best Buy is very lucky to have an employee like Doan.   Very disappointing experience with Best Buy. I paid $1,899.99 for a Samsung TV plus $549.99 for a 4-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. The TV completely failed approximately 6 months after the plan expired. I escalated the issue to Best Buy Customer Care and asked for a reasonable goodwill solution. Their final response: no repair help, no diagnostic assistance, no credit, and no compensation whatsoever. After spending nearly $2,450, I expected better. I would think twice before buying a TV or extended protection plan from Best Buy.

  I had a fantastic experience at Best Buy! The team of employees here is absolutely outstanding. I went for a price adjustment for a phone, and the team was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to resolve my request. They processed the adjustment smoothly and without any hesitation. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly friendly. It is rare to see a whole team work together so well to take care of customers. Five stars!
