  Genuinely horrible staff and customer service. I made an online order and called saying i cant be the person of pick up to MAKE SURE my brother can pick it up as we live 28 minutes away. Online he has also been appointed to be pickup person. staff member on the phone ensured me that it is okay. He got there and they wouldn’t give him the package. Just tell us you won’t give it to him IN THE BEGINNING and save everyone the hassle.

  Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Worst Experience at Best Buy I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Best Buy location, and the biggest disappointment was the way Assistant Store Manager Prateek handled the situation. What should have been a simple 30-minute phone trade-in process turned into an exhausting 7-hour ordeal, with us travelling back and forth between Best Buy and Freedom Mobile four times because of the store’s mishandling of the situation. The fact that an assistant store manager showed so little accountability, problem-solving ability, and concern for customers is extremely disappointing. Instead of taking ownership, investigating the issue, and contacting Freedom Mobile himself, he repeatedly told us that nothing could be done. He did not even apologize once throughout the entire experience. As someone who is also a store lead, I find this level of customer service completely unacceptable. A manager should be there to resolve problems, support employees, and take responsibility when something goes wrong—not make customers spend seven hours fixing an issue that originated at their own store. After multiple calls to Freedom Mobile, I finally obtained a case ID myself. Only then was the process completed, and I received proof that my phone had been returned to Best Buy. This demonstrated that the issue could have been resolved much earlier if Prateek had simply made a genuine effort to contact the appropriate support team. I will not be recommending this Best Buy location to my friends or family. Customers deserve better than being sent back and forth between stores, having their time wasted, and being treated as though resolving a store-related problem is entirely their responsibility. Extremely poor management, zero accountability, and unacceptable customer service. Best Buy needs to take this complaint seriously.

  I’m very disappointed with the warranty service at this Best Buy location. When you purchase the two-year protection plan, they make it sound like if anything happens to your printer, you can simply bring it back and have it replaced. A few months later, my printer had a problem. Instead of replacing it, I was told it had to be sent for repair for about 10 days. After waiting, I got it back and it still did not work. I was originally told that if the repair didn’t fix the issue, I might be able to replace it. However, when I returned to the store, they wanted to send it for another repair for another 10 days. I explained that I use this printer for my work and I have important projects that must be completed by the end of the month, but the staff were not helpful or willing to offer another solution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend paying extra for the two-year protection plan. The promises sound good when they are selling it to you, but when you actually need the warranty, the experience is completely different.
