    My wife and I had the worst customer service at this place (Bestbuy) then we ever experienced at any other place we visisted, Costco was simply the best we ever experienced.

    I genuinely used to believe Best Buy had a solid, customer-friendly return policy. Your own website clearly states: “standard return policy allows for returns and exchanges within 15 days for most items, or 60 days for My Best Buy Plus™ and Total™ members.” So explain how that somehow becomes optional depending on who’s standing behind the counter? My experience with the associate manager, Pratik, was beyond frustrating…it was outright unacceptable. Not only was he dismissive, but his attitude was unnecessarily rude, short-tempered, and borderline hostile. Instead of handling a straightforward situation professionally, he went out of his way to complicate it, creating tension where there didn’t need to be any. After being a loyal customer at this location for over eleven years, it’s honestly disappointing to see someone in a management role behave like this. Leadership should reflect professionalism, patience, and a clear understanding of company policy and of course not arrogance and confusion. If he doesn’t understand the return policy, that’s already a problem. If he does understand it and still chooses to act this way, that’s even worse. Employees like this don’t just create bad experiences but they damage trust. Best Buy seriously needs to reevaluate how they train and place individuals in leadership positions, because this was a complete failure on every level. What should have been a simple, routine interaction turned into an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating ordeal..all because of one person’s attitude 👎🏻👎🏻 Do better.

    Worst customer service of all time. The associate manager Pratik (not sure if this is the correct spelling) the rudest manager of all time. As a manager he didn’t try to offer options, all he said was I am not taking this product, nodding his head multiple times when I speak, not willing to listen at all. I don’t even know how this person is a manager, what a shame. Best Buy you could do better. We bought AirPods online and it wasn’t working as soon as we opened it from the packaging. Spoke to a person named Elder S online from customer service, he told us to go to any store to return and get a refund. I asked if I can get a confirmation email and he said just go and they will take it as it is their policy. We drove 45 mins to return the product and the manager said that he won’t take them, not even an exchange, he said we can go to another store if we want, or contact Apple to get them fixed. For something that we just purchased 2 days ago. Very unprofessional and rude customer service from the store in 1701 Merivale rd. He didn’t want to help at all. Be ware before you buy anything from this location. I spoke to customer service again very frustrated spoke to a guy called Jonathan and with the help of him and great service at the 3161 greenbank store, we were able to get the service we needed. Service was great with Yousef and another Indian guy with him didn’t catch his name, they even helped us get reimbursed and get an exchange for the difference because it was cheaper today. Thank you guys!

    One star for cooperating with dumb delivery company Purolator. They second worst after FedEx. When I pay for something, I expect to get it asap but Purolator has a lot of reasons to not deliver it. I'm curious if Bestbuy would agreed to give product to people and then wait for money prolong period of time🤔
