  My phone was stolen and I needed a new one asap. Jojo and his entire team last night were all so dedicated to giving me the best deal and helping me sort out my phone number, even staying past close. Darsh was very attentive of me and considerate of my needs. If you want great service come here!

  I had a great experience today! My phone was about to die and I urgently needed a charger. Mandeep went out of his way to help me find one and even helped me get my phone charging right away. On top of that, Tyler at the checkout was super quick and efficient, making sure I was cashed out before my phone died completely. Really appreciate the excellent customer service from both of them—thank you!

  I was walking through square one I decided to pick up a case because I was there already. And decided to go into best, buy mobile and usually best.Buy they price match and i wanted to get a case for my phone fold 7 and they wouldn't price Match. So I want to the best buy on the queensway where i bought the same case before? And they price matched it six months ago, and they matched the priced again because mind broke after showing the other retailers price. I will give the best buy on the queensway 5 stars 🌟 for customer service and the square of one location gets a 1 star 🌟 and the staff that was working Thursday Aprl 23 2026 Especially the manager. If anybody reads this go to the queensway location instead. For anything, mobile
