  We had a great experience at Best Buy Express thanks to Michael! We originally visited the store to look for a phone case but became interested in the phone plan promotions they were offering. Michael took the time to explain our options clearly, and we were very happy with the plan he recommended. Once we made our decision, he guided us through the process of switching to our new provider and made the entire experience smooth and easy. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service throughout. Thank you, Michael, for making our experience such a positive one!

  I came into Best Buy Express to buy an Xbox they had in stock. When I entered the store yesterday around 2PM there were 5 associates all huddled around one customer, two were actively trying to upsell her while the other three were on their phones and laughing. I asked one of them for help and they told me to wait my turn. I don’t see why you need all store associates engaged with one customer, I then left and went to the EB Games and made my purchase there.

  I had a very disappointing experience with “Ayan” regarding my screen protector warranty. Despite having a valid warranty and receipt, he was completely dismissive and patronizing. First, he falsely claimed the item was not showing in the system. When I showed it to him and pointed it out on the shelf, he became agitated and refused to honour the warranty. He then insisted I either return to the original store I bought it from or call customer service to have it shipped (he said that I will have to pay for the delivery fee!). He also refused to check my purchase history, denied that the warranty applied to across Best Buy locations, and wouldn't let me speak with a manager arrogantly claiming he had years of experience working with Bestbuy which made his decision final. I eventually went to the Best Buy Mobile across this store, where they honored my warranty immediately and without giving me attitude. I will never step foot in this Best Buy again!
