  Post-sale issues are your problems to solve, not theirs. This is what was delivered to my home when I ordered a product from them in-store that could only be purchased online. Package was shipped to me in original packaging. This was supposed to be a surprise gift but this presentation is poor and also it makes me feel the appliance itself may be damaged. They've asked me to come into the store so they can refund and reorder it, which is a hassle. Both in-store management and the Customer Service department says the same thing and that that's their process, and they ping-ponged me back and forth a few times between them. No one is willing to make this right by sending a return label to me as well as reshipping an in-tact appliance. Nor are they willing to offer any act of goodwill gesture. Just seems like no one cares about the customer experience and the way this is being handled makes me feel criminal for expecting that I shouldn't have to be this inconvenienced to make a purchase. I should have bought it through amazon but I was trying to use up some gift cards. Lesson learned. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company as a whole... the message they're sending is that post-sale issues are your problem to solve, not theirs.

  I had a terrible experience at this Best Buy due to one of the customer service reps, Aishwarya. My brother and I came in looking for new headphones and everytime we asked her a question she gave us attitude and it felt like we were bothering her. She may as well have just pushed us out the store with how annoyed we were making her. There’s no excuse to be treating customers like that. Would not recommend going back to this location or at least make sure you avoid her.
