  Worst experience of customer service. I wanted to buy S26 phone device only with full upfront payment. I was waiting for my turn but when I saw this sales person named "Wasay", I went up to him to ask about this phone's availability and I bought it straight with full payment. During the purchase and later as well he seemed to be least bothered and was dealing in a way that makes customer feel inferior. At the end I felt, why did I complete the purchase from this store, I should have left and walk away. His behavior was not good at all, felt like he doesn't care about anything and offers no help, no interest of giving service and no gratitude to customer whereas that is his job. On the other hand, there was other guy, fair skin and skinny guy who was doing exceptionally well in service to customers, but my bad luck that he was busy. Overall, a very bad experience of service from this guy "Wasay", I will never go back to this store for any reason!

  Visited Best Buy express looking for headphones, left with a great cable deal and savings galore! Karan was excellent with assisting me with all questions about billing, connectivity and set up. Very professional and polite. Great service!!

  Eno helped me move 4 lines to Bell, he is the best customer support/ advisor I have seen in a while. He really cares about what I need, he listens and gives me the time. Best experience I had in a very long time.
