  I came in with my parents to get my dad a new phone. Mustafa was exceptional - he went out of the way to tell us about our different options, plans/prices, etc. He helped us with setting up the new phone as well. He was very patient and thorough, answering all our questions and concerns. I will be recommending others and will be coming back in the future. Thank you again, Mustafa!

He took the time to explain all the available plans and devices clearly and helped me choose what was best for my needs.   We had a great experience with Mustafa at Best Buy Mobile in Erin Mills. He took the time to patiently walk us through all of our options, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood the different choices available to us. Most importantly, he gave us honest and helpful advice and helped us find the best deal for our needs. We never felt rushed or pressured. Excellent customer service from start to finish! We really appreciate Mustafa’s patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

  Extremely disappointing customer service I had a very bad experience with Pav and Yusuf. From the beginning, they were extremely convincing and persuasive and everything they said felt genuine and trustworthy. We felt like every move was made to convince us to buy the phone. After purchasing it, we were told that the price could be matched if it dropped within 14 days. When the price actually went down, we returned to the same store to request the price match. That’s when we were suddenly given additional terms and conditions that had never been properly explained to us. We were told we had to return our phone first, and then they would give us another phone of the exact same model. This made absolutely no sense. We later went to another store just to confirm whether this was actually the correct process. They told us that they only needed to see the phone and the receipt, we did not have to return the phone to get another identical one. Unfortunately, by then, more than 15 days had passed, so the return period was over and there was nothing much we could do. What makes me really upset is that we were not properly educated about the price match terms when we purchased the phone. If the conditions were different, they should have been clearly explained upfront instead of coming up with additional conditions later. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this store or dealing with these representatives again. Customers deserve clear, honest information not to be convinced into a purchase and then given completely different information afterward.
