  I came in seeking help for my dashcam issues and I had the pleasure of getting help from Deep. In my opinion he was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me figure out my issue and pointed me in the right direction. Thank you so much Deep for your kindness and assistance!

  I had a problem with my iPad Logi keyboard, after visiting the Apple Store in Square One, they couldn’t help me because the Logi Keyboard was not anApple brand, although they sold it as a whole Combo product along with iPad. When we walked into Best Buy on Argentia, a very kind salesperson named Deep, took the time to look at my Logi keyboard and solved the issue, by paring with Bluetooth and he explained to me how to do it, as the 7th Gen was a bit tricky; He also showed us newer versions of the keyboard along with newer models of IPads. He was so helpful and very kind, I highly recommend the store and highly recognize Deep for his outstanding Service, Thank YOU Deep!!

  Was there to purchase and pick up TV. I had done my research, knew exactly what I was purchasing. A guy named Angad was trying to sell insurance for TV. I was not interested in. So he disappeared and try hiding from me. Not interested in selling without insurance. So I ended up coming back home without TV. Ordered it online same day. What a waste of time for me and best buy delivery person.

  Visited this location to make an exchange, but it was not possible due to store standards which I am fine with. With that being established, NOOREEN at customer service took it upon herself to open the device I still own and ransack through it. Prior to my visit, I had only opened the box and looked, I did not remove any of the contents–everything packaged as brand new. When I asked her and the other male employee that accompanied her why she was doing that I was told the box was already opened and “open box is open box” while they both laughed at me. She then stuffed everything back into the box. Now I do not have the opportunity to open and set up my new device as if it were new. If the exchange was not possible, why would “searching/verifying” be necessary as if I came into Best Buy to defraud them. I believe that this was a microaggression as I am a young Black woman. That being said, to whoever comes across this review, consider if this is the type of service you would like to receive before entering this location. To Best Buy Argentia, thank you for revealing your true selves.
