  picking up a order, was on a time crunch. figured it was easy pick up and go. package was delivered to mailbox. Muji ran across to get it wow. dude is amazing thanks muji. got home and work in time.

  I bought a Dreame l10 ultra robot vaccuum, as that’s what they were pushing on to customers at that time. The machine had sensor problems after 4 months of purchase. I sent it to the manufacturer for a fix and they sent it back packed so bad, the machine was sticking out of the package. After 3 more months there’s more problems with it and now the manufacturer isn’t even picking up the call Never buy Dreame products or whatever they try to push on to you. Better always to do your own research

  There wasn't much variety in equipment, I was on a scooter, and of all the brands they had, there were only two, and not the one I was looking for.

  I walked into the store and they had a black Friday sale. Wanted to look at the Garmin watch on sale. 3 sales people were standing by and I asked to see the watch. One of them told the other two to show me the watch and walked away the other two stood there and then one told the other to show me the watch and stood there. I waited 30 mins for someone to get the watch and no one did. Sure they are not commissioned, but are they working for free? Time to ramp up your service best buy. Having too many people just standing arround does no good. I will buy this off the website.

  I would give negative rating and feedback to this shittiest store and their service. I bought the phone from here last year and got that tempered glass protection and now, when I went there to get my guard fixed because its broken they said that they dont have guard in stock it will come on Thursday and now i went again they said the same thing that they dont have guard in stock. so my question is if they dont have basic tempered glass whats the point of paying extra if they dont provide basic service. dont fall for their deals its a scam. Moreover Lady who was working on that desk dont know how to talk to a customer. Instead of providing any resolution she said that its not our fault if we dont have any glass. she was so rude .
