I bought the new e bike blutron from this store.i made the in store purchase. After receiving my order delivery I opened it I found that e bike already used so I called the customer service and I had very bad experience with customer service as well they directly told me that you have make delivery to store by your self and just cut the call. So I decided to go to store then I asked the one of there employee he said same thing and gave me idea about Uber xl. So I came home and tried this but no one driver want to keep this much big box in there vehicle so I lost money two time for cancellation of ride.
Then I add review on the Best Buy more than three time but not a single review was updated on Best Buy so please do not check any reviews on Best Buy those are totally fake reviews and do not buy anything from in store they do not have good service at all
Employees are just talking with each other not helping at all
I do have all the video and photos of unboxing let’s see what I can do further because I am spending more than 1000 dollars and getting used one which is very ridiculous

I check multiple reviews I found every one have similar issue with different product like damaged used or bad quality so I requeste to the owner please check your store employees may be they are doing scam with customer you might do not know check because most of the customers have issue with in store purchases or experience before somebody take legal action.

I have never been treated this poorly in a retail store before. Sushant was rude, cold, dismissive, and honestly made the entire experience feel hostile from start to finish.
I came in excited to purchase a DJI drone. The product was locked behind the display case, and the moment he unlocked it, he grabbed the box and speed-walked away toward the checkout without saying a word. No “Would you like to take a closer look?” No explanation of the model, accessories, warranty, return policy, or even basic customer service.
What shocked me most was how he physically handled the box the entire time — keeping it pulled tightly toward himself with his hand pressed firmly on top of it like I was some kind of criminal waiting to snatch it and run. Even when I politely asked to inspect the box to confirm it was the correct version, he still kept his hand pressing down on the box while barely acknowledging me.
Instead of simply answering my question about whether the product was new, he repeatedly emphasized that if I opened the box and returned it, there would be a 15% restocking fee. That was not what I was asking. I wanted reassurance that I was purchasing a new product, not a returned one. The way this was communicated felt accusatory and deeply disrespectful.
I was spending hundreds of dollars and was treated with suspicion, impatience, and complete disrespect. No professionalism. No courtesy. No attempt to help. Just cold, robotic hostility. If this is how Best Buy trains sales staff now, that’s deeply embarrassing for the company.
Employees in customer-facing roles should know how to treat people with basic dignity. This interaction completely killed the excitement of buying the drone, and honestly made me want to return it immediately just so this employee doesn’t benefit from a sale he did absolutely nothing to earn.
To make the experience even worse, the moment the payment went through, Sushant immediately turned around and walked away without even basic eye contact or acknowledgement. After spending hundreds of dollars, I was treated less like a customer and more like an inconvenience the entire time. The complete lack of professionalism and basic human courtesy was honestly shocking.
Utterly unacceptable experience.

Came at 4Pm on a wednesday, waited 30 minutes for them to get 3 macbooks from the back just to find out they weren’t even looking (store not busy by the way). Comes time to purchase and guy charges me the wrong price. Managers loves to waste time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy store due to consistently rude and arrogant staff.
I have faced issues here before when trying to return products, and unfortunately the experience has not improved. If the store has a return policy, customers should not have to go through unnecessary arguments every time they try to use it.
Recently, I wanted to purchase Bose wireless earbuds, which are quite expensive. Before buying, I contacted Best Buy’s online customer service to confirm whether I could return them after trying them. The agent confirmed that returns would be allowed.
However, when I visited the store, the sales associate told me that returns would not be accepted if the earbuds were opened. I showed the chat confirmation to the store manager, who agreed to make a one-time exception and assured me that I would receive a full refund if I returned the product after trying it.
Two days later, today I went back to return the earbuds, the customer service representative at the desk was again rude and reluctant to process the return. Even after confirming with the manager, she attempted to offer me store credit instead of the refund that had been promised.
What made the experience worse was her attitude—she began blaming me for opening and trying the product, even though this had been explicitly approved by the manager when I purchased it.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Customers should not be made to feel like they are doing something wrong when they are simply following the instructions given by store staff.
Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that this will be my last visit to this store. I will not be returning.
