  I visited Best Buy Heartland to purchase a phone and had such a pleasant experience. Maaz, Janui, and Prima were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming.They took the time to listen to my requirements, worked within my budget, and helped me with a smile throughout the entire process. The level of care and customer service I received was exceptional.....honestly, something I have never experienced at any Best Buy before. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

  I had a great experience dealing with Simran and Sushant. I bought an iPad and a PS5 controller from them, and they handled everything very efficiently. They gave me a really good deal and were very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended! 👍

  10/10 experience, I wanted to buy a Lenovo laptop that was on sale. And it was more cheaper than other sellers were providing. The staff member Shah(I think) was very kind and explained to me in detail even when I had a lot of questions. He was kind and understanding of my limited knowledge on electronics he also helped me pick out a case for the laptop, even though there was non that I really like or could fit the laptop i had bought(not his fault he showed me lots of different options, I’m just really picky). He had said to try the case and return the case understanding how picky i was.

  Somehow is good. Purchased Sony photocamera but the app isn't working on iPhone nor on Samsung, return and refund proccess took 5 min only. Unfortunatelly was charged $90 (mentioned in the bill but I didn't pay attention)
