  I recently visited the Apple Store at Square One Mall and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Despite seeing plenty of associates on the floor, my experience was frustrating. I checked in for a replacement of my AirPods an hour before, but no one came to assist me. I followed up twice, and each time I was assured that someone would be there to help me shortly. However, after returning for the third time, I was told that someone would arrive in just 10 seconds. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. This level of service is unacceptable, and it significantly detracted from my experience. I hope the store management addresses these issues to improve customer satisfaction.

  A white old man with a long hair and tattoos all over his arms walked away from me when i was talking and asking him a question, it was very disrespectful and i went to ask for manager and the employees didn’t bother getting anyone or caring. He obviously heard me and saw me talking and i was standing face to face with him but he choose to ignore me and walk right past me. I find that hard to believe it would happen to me in an apple store but it did and i will never come back. I’ve always hated apple store’s customer service but this just does it for me.

  They got my name wrong the first time I was there, and some how that led to me receiving an email with the wrong name - the product was sent with the wrong name. I’ve lost all credibility when I’m told to go to the front by two associates, just to be told to go back and check in… I’m disabled and going through physical stress as well as the high emotions of having all these systematic mistakes - I was the only black woman in a room of south east and central Asian people - I’m not making a scene - and I told the employee who helped me that as well. This store has no credibility for me, associates don’t seem to have their ish together, and I’m a very easy going person. Hate this location, everybody’s too busy to give you their attention, and then you’re the one suffering when it’s not done right. Edit - next day I came back for my watch and there were 6 employees standing there chatting doing nothing, while there was a line of 6 people waiting to clock in

  Worst experience of all the apple stores I visited in canada. I booked an appointment to replace my battery on thursday 18th june 2026 and when I visited they told me the battery cannot be replaced and instead they will do a diagnostic and you have to come on a later day for replacement. When I went the second time without appointment because thats what they told me to come without appointment anytime. I was told that mall is closing soon although there was still 3 hrs left and they will not be able to do replacement. This is highly frustrating and disappointing because they have no respect of customers time. 👎🏽never giving them business again and will not advise anyone to go there.

  stolen I phone 13 pro On Friday June 5th my phone was stolen from a gas station in Mississauga. I locked the phone immediately with apples find my iPhone and filed a police report the next day. It is very hard to get I phones back (almost 10% of people get their original phone back) In the end, my family and I, after consulting with bell decided to come to the Apple Store. This was on June 8th, we were met with a girl asking us if we needed assistance and I told her my situation she brought me over to the new I phone section and said a specialist will be right with you. That’s when we met Matt, he was attentive, apologetic to my situation and was very knowledgeable in what he did and it was evident. I purchased a new phone and he was able to put me right back on my new plan. As well, helped me erase all the data from my old phone and even gave me some tips about my new I phone 17 pro. I have since gotten most of my things back on my new phone and I have peace of mind knowing that nothing is available on my old one. Thank you Matt.
