I truly had such a wonderful experience at the Apple Store thanks to Angelina. From the moment she started helping me, she was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism combined with her warm attitude made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free.
It’s rare to meet someone who is not only amazing at their job but also makes customers feel valued and welcomed. Thank you, Angelina, for your help and positive energy - you really made my day!😌

I visited the Apple Store at Square One to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and honestly, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment we walked in, we were completely ignored. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help, and we had to wait and search for an employee ourselves.
When we finally found someone, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional as if we were bothering him by trying to purchase a phone.
First, we were told they only accept debit cards for this purchase and not credit cards. Since when does an official Apple Store refuse credit card payments for an iPhone purchase? This made absolutely no sense.
Then, when we asked about transferring data from the old phone to the new one — something any customer would reasonably expect assistance with when buying a premium device — we were bluntly told to “go home and do it yourself,” followed by the incredibly disrespectful comment that “even my mother could do it.”
That is not customer service. That is laziness and arrogance.
To make things worse, we were also given incorrect information regarding AirPods.
We ended up purchasing the exact same iPhone 17 Pro Max from another authorized Apple retailer for a lower price. Their staff professionally transferred all of our data, and since the process took time, they even allowed us to leave and return later when everything was ready.
That is what real customer service looks like.
A salesperson represents the brand they work for. One careless, rude, and irresponsible employee can damage a company’s reputation.
This branch is shockingly unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely lacking in customer care. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and purchasing elsewhere
Apple is a premium brand. Customers should never be treated like an inconvenience for making a purchase

Visited Apple Square One after a couple of years to purchase an Apple Watch. The store layout remains mostly the same, but I noticed they now have a waiting lounge area in the middle with sofas and refreshments, which is a nice touch. Spacious store overall and a comfortable spot even for Android users accompanying Apple shoppers.
Unfortunately, the customer service we received was mediocre. I had a few questions regarding the product, but the associate mostly guided me to navigate through the iPad myself instead of properly explaining things. It felt a bit disengaged. The staff member also seemed more focused on chatting with coworkers than assisting customers.
That said, the checkout process was smooth as always, and the packaging and overall store presentation still feel premium. Great store experience overall, but the staff could be more attentive and helpful.

I used to feel valued in Apple Store in earlier years . The Apple Store square one accept our appointment for Vision Pro for 3 people . In fact we were asking for 4 people . They did confirm that they can only take 3 . We were happy . purchased iPad Air in between the appointments. We were successful to do 10 minutes 2 demo session. And the last one took 1hrs 15 minutes to do . I am questioning to myself ? How can the big brands like Apple could be so mismanaged ? This is the experience associated with the brand that Steve jobs had imagined . Felt really sad 😞

From mediocre to worst:
I have lived in Mississauga for more than 5 years, and I visit the Apple Store at Square One about 1–2 times per year. Today, I went into the store to trade in my wife’s screen-broken phone for a 10% discount on Apple accessories. The situation got a bit more complicated because the screen is not responsive at all, but Apple needs the phone to be erased and removed from Find My.
The sales specialist (Nathan?) was really helpful in the beginning, but then he got distracted helping another customer and totally forgot about me. I saw him not only help the customer who was standing next to me but also new customers who had just stepped into the store. He clearly said he would be back, but he never returned until I went up to him again.
When he saw me, he asked another salesperson to help me instead. Then I had to explain the whole situation again to the new person.
At that moment, I really felt like I was just a ball being kicked between different sales staff. I don’t have the words to describe my disappointment.

My only suggestion: teach your team not to make promises they can’t keep. If they need to leave to help another customer, they should properly transfer their customer to someone else who can help.

My true feeling on this Apple Store - “Let us know when your wallet is ready so we can come back and collect the money from your pocket.”
