  If I could give no stars I would. Purchased a dryer. Markville mall. Got it delivered yesterday. Did one load and it stopped working. They apparently can't tell me how to realized the issue without me going back to the store. Makes no sense whatsoever

  A big thanks and shoutout to Agash at the Markville/Best Buy location. He was very patient in helping my mother, who had a lot questions and concerns, get a refrigerator purchased and delivered at the earliest time possible. I personally don't recall having a better customer experience than what Agash provided in recent years. He made our day.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Mr. Omar. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the different options clearly, and helped me choose the best product for my needs without any pressure. His excellent customer service made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Omar, for your kindness and outstanding support. I truly appreciate your help and will definitely come back because of the great service!

  Worst customer service I’ve across. I needed help with a laptop I was looking at, I was told someone would assist me and no one came after waiting for 15-20 minutes, I asked the front desk again and was told someone would assist me but no one came Edit: someone did show up 10 minutes before closing and helped me out but it’s still not the type of service you would expect from a well known store.
