  This store is larger than other locations. Wide selection and better products than other retailers. The return policy for defective items is generous just like other Best Buy’s. As usual the staff are friendly and have great training, judging by behavior.

  I went to return my phone after the contract ended and Roshani was so helpful with us and actually helped me get a great phone plan and was very friendly- will definitely come back :))

  Went to buy MacBook Neo while it was out of stock at the apple store, found the desired color and they matched the student discount as well. Was in and out of the store in less than 30 mins, so a pretty smooth experience.

  I bought a USB drive and within days of buying it and loading data on it, it stopped working. A visit to the store was met with the poorest of customer service I have experienced. They wanted to charge me approx $300 to retrieve my pictures that was loaded on the USB. To add insult to injury, the supervisor was blunt and eventually walk away as he did not want to repeat himself. I was offered a replacement but when I asked for the old stick to see if I could get the data retrieved elsewhere, I was told I have to BUY the defective SB back from the store. I will never shop at BEST BUY again and will encourage everyone not to unless Best Buy provide a more reasonable position on defective product and their supervisor demonstrates a more customer friendly attitude.

  Everyone was AMAZING, as they went above & beyond! They welcomed me as their neighbor, and I left as their family. Special shoutouts to Kwashi, Raj, Aiden, Joseph, Ano, and Jano x2. Everyone was overall very helpful, as they worked as a whole team. Timbits on me next time Everyone! Woohoo M J
