  1 Star — THREE HOURS of Waiting, NO ONE Helped, NO ONE Took Responsibility I accompanied my girlfriend to this Apple Store after she finally managed to secure an iPhone Duo pickup. She was incredibly excited about getting her new phone, but what should have been a happy experience turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing retail experiences we’ve ever had. Her payment got stuck on “Item Processing,” even though her bank confirmed there was no visible transaction. She repeatedly offered to pay with another card, including a physical card right there in the store, but the staff refused to provide any alternative. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. We sat there for THREE HOURS. THREE HOURS of doing absolutely nothing because NO ONE was willing to help us. No one took responsibility. No one actively followed up. No one offered a practical solution. No one could tell us how long we needed to wait. We were simply left sitting there, hoping that somehow the problem would resolve itself. The worst part wasn’t even the technical issue. Technical problems happen. The real problem was that nobody seemed to care. We were physically in the store, ready and willing to pay, yet not a single person took ownership of the situation or made any meaningful effort to resolve it. Watching my girlfriend go from being genuinely excited to completely exhausted and disappointed after three hours of helpless waiting was incredibly upsetting. For a company like Apple, which prides itself on premium customer service, this level of indifference and lack of accountability is shocking. THREE HOURS wasted. NO HELP. NO SOLUTION. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. We left without the phone and with absolutely no faith in this store’s customer service. Easily one of the worst shopping experiences we’ve ever had.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience — 3 Hours Wasted with No Solution I was genuinely excited to finally secure a pickup for the iPhone Duo after trying so hard to get one. Unfortunately, what should have been a happy experience turned into one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever had. My payment was stuck on “Item Processing,” even though my bank confirmed there was no visible transaction. I repeatedly offered to use a different card or pay with my physical card in person, but the staff insisted they couldn’t change the payment method unless the original transaction failed. So I was left in an endless loop with absolutely no solution. I spent THREE HOURS at the store, and not a single employee or manager could provide a practical alternative or take responsibility for resolving the issue. I came in excited and ready to pay, but left completely disappointed and exhausted. Technical problems happen, but leaving a customer waiting for three hours without any meaningful assistance is simply unacceptable, especially from Apple. I expected so much better.

  Went there because my iwatch isn’t charging was told to wait one and half hour before someone will look at it. I just need someone to tell me what is wrong how much to fix and I can leave the watch there and come back to pick it up. Terrible attitude and service.

  Ryan helped me out with getting some new airpods. During the short interaction, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the differences between the normal airpod generations and the airpod pros. He also took the time to look into my damaged Iphone and provide a price range for the repairs. We weighed the pros and cons of repairing the phone vs upgrading, but he wasn’t pushy about it, seemed like he was genuinely trying to help and inform me.

  Amazing customer service from Sanjay and the entire Apple team! I purchased two iPhones, and the whole transaction was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. I also got the battery replaced in my iPhone 14 Pro Max on the same day as a walk-in, which was fantastic. Sanjay was very helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. Huge thanks to Sanjay and the entire team for providing such excellent service. Highly recommended!
