  Very disappointed in the "service" we received yesterday as in we did NOT receive any. Wife liked the end to end service at apple stores and how they assisted you in moving from an old device to a new one when purchasing in store. The representative not only did not offer this service to us but wanted us out of the store and recommended that we did it at home with the old phone before trading it in. As I am an android user and do not know how to transfer everything from an old iPhone to a new iPhone we wanted this service. We have communicated that we are NOT in a rush and preferred to stay in store to have everything transferred as opposed to coming back to trade in the old phone. Her recommendation to buy the phone leave and transfer everything ourselves before returning to trade in the old phone would make the physical store obsolete as we can do this entire process online. This would also make the only reason of staying with Apple void as well. As we did not receive a customer satisfaction survey for the experience we had no choice but to write a review.

  Absolute worse service. Appointment times mean nothing here. Waited almost an hour for someone to actually talk to me. But there was staff socializing with each other and ignoring customers. Overheard that the staff that was supposed to be doing repairs could not be found… avoid this location. Waste of time and energy to come here

  Horrible service at this location.My girlfriend finally upgraded from iphone 13 to 17 pro.She was so happy but the guy with glasses and hair plats at the service desk for setting up your phone, he has a really sarcastic bad stink attitude.We kindly asked him for privacy when we wanted to setup our phone and my girlfriend also wanted to record a video for her unboxing.He gave us such a snatty attitude and said “if you at this desk then i must help you”.We left and did our thing outside.Such unwelcoming experience!!

  Waited 30 mins at the Genius Bar only to find out they cancelled my appointment instead of checking me in. Waited another 20 mins for one of the geniuses to appear, tell them why I came in - my AirPods “pro” sound like something is loose inside and shaking with movement. Another half hour, then they say it’s fixed. All it needed was a firmware update, according to them! Go home and test them out with some movement and still has the exact same issue. What a waste of time, you would think they know their products and you could expect better customer service from apple, but this seems about right for who they are now. Expensive junk.

  Went in for a pickup for a macbook, the indian lady with the ponytail that first approached us was not helpful. She gave us a number for order help and once we called, he helped but informed us that we weren’t supposed to be calling and that was the job of the employee that didn’t help us. However after getting off the phone, we were helped by a white lady with short hair who went above and beyond to make sure my little sister got her macbook the same day!
