  The BestBuy in the mall was an amazing help when my mom had to get a new phone. Austin helped out a lot he walked us through everything and gave us the best plans available. If you do go there you’re in good hands!

  I came into the mall shopping around for a new phone. After checking many other stores, I found myself at Best Buy. I was helped by Austin Lins who was very kind, friendly, sociable and most importantly knowledgeable about the phones and plans offered by their partner providers. He worked with me and his system to find by far the best deal on a Samsung Galaxy S26. The process went smoothly, and he was able and happy to answer all of my follow up questions in the weeks following my purchase.

  I had a great experience working with Aamir. He helped me get an excellent internet deal that was much better than what I was paying before. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. The whole process was quick and hassle-free, and he made sure everything was set up smoothly.   I visited the Best Buy Express at White Oaks Mall hoping to get help with a missing credit on my monthly mobile account. Before coming in, I had already visited the Bell store in the mall, the Best Buy across the mall, and even called Bell’s customer service multiple times. Every time, I was told there was nothing that could be done. From the moment I walked into Best Buy Express, Angel, Ali, Austin, and Agam genuinely sympathized with my situation. They listened carefully, took the time to understand the issue, and assured me they would do everything they could to help. Angel went above and beyond by calling Bell himself on my behalf. After spending time advocating for me, he was able to get the missing credit reapplied to my account. I was so grateful! Once everything was resolved, they didn’t just send me on my way. They took the time to tell me about the current promotions and helped me learn about laptops since I’ll be needing one for school. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything—they were simply informative, honest, and genuinely helpful. It’s incredibly rare to find customer service like this these days. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. This was, without a doubt, the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. 12/10! Thank you, Angel, Ali, Austin, and Agam, for truly caring about your customers. You turned a very frustrating situation into an exceptional experience.
