  Worst experience ever! No one was interested to help or look up something They act like they don’t even want to work there. Completely disinterested to help or look up stuff about plan. They never ever looked up the iPhones I wanted specially the pink/purple hair girl never helped us We went to Masonville mall instead they were much more friendly and interested to helpand got plans for 3 phones lines there instead plus bought a IPhone 17 pro max and bell home internet

  Terrible store and manager called Mark. They have a Meta rep who works with Meta Glasses. He sold me a pair and clearly told me that the glasses are refundable for 30 days. And the Meta rep was also able to handle my transaction that is take my money for the purchase and access the system. I came back after a week to return them and the manager Mark goes like we cannot accept this return due to hygienic reasons. I told him the above and he was like Meta rep doesn't work for Best Buy, we wear blue shirts. How is that any of my concern what shirt color you wear or not? You can take my money and conduct the transaction you can take the responsibility as well. Mark then offered me to swap the glasses for a different one. How does that make sense? If it was truly for hygienic reasons then that means that he will take my glasses and give me a new pair? Additionally Mark was acting all houghty and treating me like a criminal. He said the Meta rep I know him and he would never say that. That's just shameful behaviour. You weren't there and as you said Meta rep doesn't work for you. And now you're defending him to the hilt to keep your numbers up? That's just a scam then, their policy doesn't make any sense. I don't care it's a Meta rep or not. You sold me the glasses take the responsibility. All Mark wanted to ensure his lousy store doesn't take a hit on their daily revenue. I had to call corporate and they offered me a gift card option. Which is not the best. No wonder your store is dying. Amazon would never do any of this. Meta rep or not. You take my money make sure to explain the policy before conducting the transaction. Tons of items are not returnable in tons of other stores. I don't care whether your shirt is blue pink yellow black that ain't my concern. I bought a video game from Walmart and immediately the associate there told me this item cannot be returned once opened. Which seems extremely obvious but yet he took the step. You and your employees (yes I will include the Meta rep here since he can take my money for your store he is also your employee under your supervision) are just unprofessional and lack training.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this electronics shop. The ground staff were completely inattentive and didn't bother to help me, leaving me waiting for a long time. An electronics store should have knowledgeable and proactive staff, but the team here showed zero urgency or basic customer service skills. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Every time I’ve come in I’ve been helped by a nice employee. I’m often very confused with technology and don’t totally know what I’m doing- but no matter how vague or confusing I am the employees have been able to find what I need and don’t judge me 😂
