  Went to buy a laptop yesterday, I forget the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was super friendly and educational helped me pick out a great laptop that best suited my needs. He showed me more expensive options and some cheaper options and explained throughly the differences. Super happy with the service he provided.

  The store's miscommunication and poor management made the exchange process an absolute nightmare. A customer service agent initially gave me incorrect instructions, forcing me to make a wasted first trip back to the store. On my second visit, even though a supervisor had already saved the exchange item for me, the incompetent doorman forced me to wait, and the whole process took 50 minutes - which could have been less than 10 minutes. It is completely unacceptable to waste a customer’s time like this due to a total lack of communication between staff. The physical device is fine, but this specific location's front-door staff deserve zero stars. The store's excuse was that they were "too busy." Being busy is never an excuse for total incompetence. A supervisor had already set the item aside for me; all the doorman had to do was direct me to the counter, which takes 5 seconds. Making a customer take the whole process for 50 minutes is not a result of being busy—it is a complete failure of basic store management and a lack of respect for customers' time. Using 'we were busy' as an excuse for completely ghosting a customer at the store is unacceptable. This location needs a serious staff overhaul and formal retraining immediately

  Great store. I needed a new tv, I tried a few places but ended up getting it here. The employee was great he was knowledgeable and didn't rush me. Also the price was better than the other places I tried. I will definitely be going back in the future.
