Met up with Dan. Great guy, very humble and was very helpful in assisting us with our inquiries and questions about an upright freezer.

I went yesterday and the greeter asked me if I could find anything. usually I don't need help but I imagine it sucks asking to help people all day and being ignored so I greeted her politely and asked where the headphones are. she then told me she actually didn't know, so I said I'd find them (and I did, very quickly) this wasn't actually a problem and i've never had trouble finding them in the past but it did really make me laugh. it's not like it's an obscure item, there are like 3 giant displays!! what do you mean you don't know where headphones are?! 😭 it left me wondering what I could have asked for that she WOULD know where to find. is there really nothing more productive she could be doing than offering to direct people to where they need to go but not actually knowing???

This is a good place to go if you absolutely have no idea what you need and you're not looking for anything. Esoteric. In this case, I really just needed to replace my wife's wireless mouse which was straightforward and they had exactly what we needed. Generally speaking, you'll have to seek out assistance if you need it.
