    Don't buy anything from best buy market place, I bought a new 4k tv that said surface scratches or cosmetic damages and the tv i got had a big dent on the top which caused a bit of a dent in the screen right out of the box, so not panicking I plugged it in and it seemed to be working fine, until I had it on for a long period of time then it flickered then distortion then shortly after that a complete distortion so now it is completely unwatchable...I emailed the market place and the third party won't do anything neither will best buy so I am out 325 dollars so I got ripped off.

    From start to finish the customer service received was likely the best in a long while. The moment I walked in I had time to browse, at the right time Dan approached me in a friendly manner. It gave the "I want to help" rather than the "salesman" pitch. He was attentive to what I was looking for and directed me to Rayan. Rayan is an incredibly patient and knowledgeable person. He was able to articulate the many options available, break down the cost and assist me in determining what was beneficial for me. Throughout my 2+ hour visit there was no sign of impatience or agitation. He spent the time calling the providers to get past our dilemma. Hadi, also went above and beyond. He stepped in to assist in making another call, and delayed his break to ensure we were on the right path. Dan passed by to check-in and offer assistance which felt like I was at the right place. Between these three: Dan, Rayan and Hadi; they make an exceptional team and have to be top tier in client care. Their time and efforts are appreciated and deserve more than just recognition. They gave me a different outlook on the best buy experience.

    I don't want to be this person but sometimes people like to shop on their own. I was haunted by employee's the second I entered the store. I was looking for a birthday present for someone and just bombarded with questions to an uncomfortable level. When I said I was just looking around another one came. Legit was just looking for gift ideas and left without one because I couldn't browse for five seconds without someone following me around. Won't be returning to Best Buy ever.

    I’m writing to share a disappointing experience at Best Buy London South. On March 23rd, I visited the store with my mother and spent over $1,600 on a new phone. Unfortunately, the customer service we received from the sales associate, Hadi, was far below expectations. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, and there was little effort made to engage with us or explain the product in a helpful or informative way. When making a purchase of that size, you expect a certain level of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy. Instead, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. There was no attempt to build rapport, answer questions thoroughly, or ensure we felt confident in our purchase. I’ve always believed in supporting stores like Best Buy, but this experience has made me reconsider. If I do return, I will be very selective about who I deal with. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service is a major part of what keeps people coming back. This is not the Canada I was born and raised in. We are just average hard working Canadians who needed a new phone instead had to feel like we weren't very appreciated. On the way home we're asking ourselves "Did we say/do something to him?" I don't understand how BestBuy could allow someone of this caliber to represent their brand.
