Everything in the physical store is overpriced with limited selection, but they make it difficult or outright refuse to order online items from their site for store pickup. It's a shame that this is pretty much all we're left with for an electronics store.

My experience at Best Buy was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of an employee named Kyle. From the moment I approached him for assistance, he came across as rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. Instead of providing helpful customer service, he seemed more interested in arguing and making the interaction uncomfortable.
I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. When customers visit a store, they expect professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, Kyle’s attitude fell far short of those expectations. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a retail store, and it has made me seriously reconsider shopping at this location in the future.
Management should address this issue and ensure that employees treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. No customer should feel disrespected simply for asking for assistance.

Scammers. Had to contact my bank to force a stop payment and block the merchant ID because their manager in-store refused to cancel the protection plan for a purchase. It was within the 30 days. Do not ever agree to a protection plan from best buy, it is a total scam and they will refuse to cancel it for any reason, leading to nuclear options like blocking BestBuy’s Merchant Id from any future payments. What they are doing is also illegal. I will be filing legal complaints regarding your slamming and deceptive sales practice

I purchased a Google Pixel 8 Pro 512gb for $452 through Best Buy Marketplace. The phone is now more than double the price!! The order was marked as shipped with tracking provided, but the carrier never received the package and tracking never progressed.
After weeks of delays and follow-ups, I was told the order would not be fulfilled and offered a Best Buy gift card as the resolution.
There was no clear explanation for the failure to deliver, and the process involved significant delay and poor transparency.
