  Went in to buy a new laptop. Had to wait awhile before we got assistance but once we did the gentleman was very informative and helpful. Purchased the one he suggested as it had a bigger screen than the one on display. Important to note not all models are on display

  Ordered online, never received it. They just keep saying wait another 3 days to resolve the problem. At this rate I regret ordering online with them. And as for customer service? Hamom s. Told me to stop contacting them, to wait another 3 days. Imagine telling me to not only pay money, but to be told to not question what's happening when they jerk me around with no answers for a whole week.

  Unprofessional, Intrusive, and Discriminatory Treatment - Not Recommended for any Newcomers ​I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I purchased several premium devices, including a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, S25 FE, iPhone 16, and a Samsung Tablet. Despite making such a large purchase, I was treated with unnecessary suspicion. ​One of the staff members asked me an intrusive and inappropriate question: 'Why are you buying all these phones?' Although it is none of their business, I answered politely that they were gifts for my family. Immediately after, when I asked to buy two more devices, they suddenly claimed they were 'out of stock' for every single model I asked for. ​The manager was present and fully aware, yet he supported this unprofessional behavior. The way they look at you and treat you is disrespectful and makes you feel unwelcome. ​I strongly advise any Newcomers to Canada to avoid this specific branch. The way they judge and look at customers is not respectful at all. It felt like clear profiling and bias. I will be filing a formal complaint with Best Buy Corporate. There are many other stores that treat customers with the dignity they deserve.

  They sold us an opened/used/damaged(?) PS5 when we paid for a new one, we didn’t notice the seal was broken until we were home. I used the online chat to ensure when I go to the store I’m not told there’s nothing they can do because it’s opened. 30 mins of bestbuy online chat and I got attitude, disrespect AND the incredible advice of….. go to the store. No added value, help, sincere apology, or compensation. Very disrespectful of people’s time and money, just another greasy company ripping you off, lying to your face and expecting you to thank them for it.
