  Wanted to thank you guys for taking care of the sale and installation of my mom’s new TV in Napanee. She hadn’t bought one in 18 years so I told her to use the services of the Geek Squad. Delivery and Installation all went well - even when there were questions after they left they took her calls and assisted her. Very appreciated - thanks very much.

  Years ago they started with future shop... A store where people cared because they earned a commission. Best Buy is a place where the staff literally don't give a crap. They don't give a crap whether you buy something or if you don't and they have no clue about any of the products on the floor. Every single time I ask a question to staff about anything in the store they look it up on the website. They also have a ton of products on the floor that aren't even kept in stock. When something isn't in stock the staff tries to get you to order it online. Why am I driving to your store just to do online shopping? Every electronic store in history has thrived because the sales staff have the chance to make a commission. Staff Care in those situation and want to know as much as they can about products because it's worth it. Sales staff need an incentive if you want them to buy into your business. If you treat Best Buy employees like Walmart employees they're going to treat your store like Walmart... No one is trying to sell $5,000 TVs at Walmart... Give your employees a commission and they're going to sell your $5,000 TVs. Not because they have to but because they will want to. Best Buy is going to cease to exist one day because the company is run by greedy people who refuse to pay their staff properly. I refuse to shop at Best Buy until you start paying your staff Commission.

  I shopped yesterday and was needing assistance. It was busy but a cashier returning from break came to my aid. His name was I believe Marc, he was amazing. Kind, courteous and helpful! He helped me with my purchase and took time to do set up. I will drive an hour any time to deal with him! Thank you!!!!!

  I needed help with data protection info for my tablet. I am a senior and was pleased with service of young man sending me to person who would help. Nolan was that person and was most helpful, polite and patient. Thanks to both of you.

  It is completely unacceptable that there is no safe seating for people with accessibility issues or seniors. It is embarrassing that I have to request to have a chair for my 84 year-old father to sit down and the chair is completely not accessible-- difficult to get out of and placed in front of the checkout for everybody to see his vulnerability. You should be embarrassed with your design and your lack of empathy for people with accessibility issues and seniors. I've called and left a complaint and they told me it would be filed...nobody will call me back (even though I asked). Do better. The team members were helpful and kind.
