This is in relation to a visit on Friday, June 12th around 3:30pm. --- Absolute waste of time to try and buy something here. I went in with the intention of buying 2 Samsung Frame TVs, walked around for a while saw nobody. I went and asked somebody at the front if I could get some help - it was just 2 people standing there scrolling on their phones - I went back to the TV area and waited around 15 minutes after they said someone would be coming, still nobody. Ended up leaving and the person who I asked for help from could not have cared less. You’d think I was here when the store was closed or something - but it was 3pm on a Friday. Don’t bother going here if you plan on buying anything.

Someone is just hiring their friends obviously they stride themselves with their phones conversations and groups rather then helping customers what a sham!

Then we got followed by some employee, we went across the store and he followed us around. When we looked at him he pretended to be on his phone. Maybe it was our joy and flamboyant nature that made them profile us but it was pretty disrespectful. Wanted to get the 60$ audio technicas but after that experience I'll just go to Canadian Computers. All this during pride month is the icing on the cake! Gotta love being profiled 😌
