    I agree with Deepak's review. I went to this Best Buy in Kanata today and was disgusted. The employees were so rude, like I was inconveniencing them. When I went to check out they ignored me while ringing me up and continued talking about a very inappropriate topic to each other (I don't want to say it here because it was upsetting). I left there totally grossed out and disappointed in Best Buy. Staples and Walmart are good alternatives.

    BestBuy has been cheating their customers for years. I purchased a new TV recently and with it the Protection Plan. Well the TV was not going to be delivered for 8 weeks but they activated the plan a couple days after the purchase date. So I'm now paying for a protection plan for a tv I dont have. How is that fair? Its NOT! And it wasnt cheap. I spoke to some customer support agents online about it and they tell me they have always done that. And they wont fix it. I can attest to that because some 9 years ago I had purchased another tv. I tried to make a claim and I was given the runaround because they said my plan had expired. They had activated it early So with this tv I purchased the 3 year plan. Thats improperly named because Best Buy does nothing in the first year. Thats the manufacturers warranty (which starts when you get the tv) so its really only a 2 year plan. More deception You know if you make a purchase with your credit card and dont get the item you can goto your credit card company and claim fraud. The credit card company will refund you the money right away because they know its not fair to be cheated. Maybe I should goto my credit card company with this Update Well much to my surprise I connected with an amazing supervisor in BestBuy customer support. She took my case on and worked it thru multiple departments. She wasnt optimistic she could move BestBuy to make an adjustment but I think she did. Still they didnt make it easy as I have to jump thru a bunch of hoops but it looks like things have turned around.

    Horrible Experience with manager and phone sales staff. Almost ruined my brand new phone ( physical damage) after what was already long wait. Manager was rude and didn't really care. Would not recommend this location unless buying simple items off the shelf. Whole debacle made me miss most of an important event for Vet's that I was assisting with. Guess we know where BestBuy Stands.

    Today I went to this Best Buy store to trade in my phone and get an robo vaccum , their were more employees than customers and each were as disinterested is helping us as the other , got the trade in had to wait for 30 to 40 mins then we asked the store manager and other employees roaming around to help us get the vaccum we wanted and each one said they would find someone else to help us and after waiting another 30 mins and no one showing up we left the store ,, it would be better to order online than going to these stores

    On Saturday, April 18th, my husband and I waited approximately 20 minutes before we were able to speak with an employee. When we were finally assisted, the employee was rude and unhelpful. We asked about purchasing a laptop and were told to wait at the cash, only to then be informed that the model we wanted was sold out—as was the next option we inquired about. We then spoke with a manager, but before we could even explain which laptop we were looking for, she abruptly responded that more would be coming in, despite not knowing which model we were referring to. When we raised concerns about the level of customer service we experienced, we were met with laughter, which was both unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations for customer service.
