  Had a really great experience at Best Buy recently, all thanks to Shiv! I went in looking for the DJI Mic 2. Shiv was extremely welcoming right from the start and had proper, thorough knowledge about the product. He patiently walked me over to the aisle where they had the DJI Mic 2 with the charging case. Since I only wanted the standalone unit without the case, which wasn't available on the shelf, he suggested placing an order directly at the store itself. I was in a bit of a rush and needed it urgently within 2–3 days, and Shiv assured me it would be delivered in just 2 days. He took me over to the billing computer, showed me the exact product on screen to confirm, and placed the order right in front of me with zero hassle.

  Great service from Venky in the mobile department! Greated me right away and let me know that he could help in a few minutes as he was with another customer. Got me the best deal for a new cell phone.

  Went to best buy Kanata Centrum to buy an oura ring sizing kit. Manager actually completed my purchase at the cash and she explained everything to me about coming back in and my sizing kit purchase would be used towards the purchase of the ring. Came back a few days later to purchase the ring. Came into the store, it was quiet and asked for some assistance. They called and I waited 20 minutes and nobody came. Then the nice lady who works for chromebook actually tried to help. We did some research on google and decided on the ring and took the "placard" for the oura ring to the cash and like at costco figured they would give us the ring once we paid. WRONG! I was then told it was not available at the store only online. Not only was I not told that when I purchased the sizing kit, they had the actual placards with the code to scan so you can purchase. I got my money back for the sizing kit and ordered directly from oura. What an awful experience.

  We bought an open-box television at this location. Unfortunately, we realized it was defective after we brought it home, but I was really impressed by how much staff at this location cared about helping us out as much as possible. All of the staff with whom we interacted were kind, helpful, patient, and were willing to give us quite a bit of their time while we were shopping.

  You guys are absolute garbage. I spent over 1k on phone and accessories and your staff can't even set it up? I was there for THREE hours trying to deal with one of yours who eventually told me to go home and call Bell to set things up. I've NEVER been more disappointed in customer service, EVER. I ended up driving 100k to another Best Buy location. Everything was golden within 20 mins. Who are you hiring? What a gd mess.
