I did interrupted to ask if he could unlock the case so I could get more product details and he told me to Google it and turned his back to me. I walked past at least 10 associates standing around the exit chatting to each other and not a single one acknowledged me, let alone offered to help me. I've been loyal to this bestbuy for years, making all of my tech purchases here, but I won't come back. This isn't the first time I've come in to look at fitness trackers and left empty handed, but it will be the last.
