  Saturday July 4th. Simple return of a malfunctioning xbox one x controller with receipt. Not so simple return, spent almost 30 minutes returning the product to be told they cant return my cash ( which i used to purchase the controller ) it has to go back on card. The manager ( Will )kept walking away to deal with other customers which kept me there waiting almost 30 minutes, instead of doing the return and having me out the door withing a few minutes. Annoyed at the amount of time I asked for the store manager and he said that was him and I could file a complaint. I told him I wanted to, that the customer service was horrible. He then put the money back on my debit (annoyed.. I paid cash). He then refused to take my complaint. To accompany the bad customer service, he reaked of alcohol and had the attitude to accompany it. Horrible!

  I was in today and needed help with my new TV and Thinesh and Thomas helped me out and we very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Definitely will be doing more purchases there in the future. Thanks.

  Upon my arrival, I was greeted by at least five employees who kindly inquired if I required any assistance. The gentleman who ultimately assisted me was named Alex, and he dedicated a considerable amount of time to discussing and explaining various laptops before I made a purchase. He exhibited remarkable patience and thoroughly addressed all of my inquiries. Although I had a particular laptop in mind, I was working within a budget. Nevertheless, Alex was able to locate precisely what I desired, and it happened to be the last one available. While I awaited Alex's return with the laptop, two additional employees approached me to offer their help. This experience was truly refreshing, especially considering that earlier in the week, I had left another store, Staples, empty-handed because not a single employee offered assistance during my 45-minute browsing session in their laptop section; everyone simply walked past me.
