- MCMary C.Aug 21, 20261.0Purchased two brand new oversize laundry machines within the warranty. The washer had a problem I called in under warranty and it was determined that it could not be repaired so they offered me a new machine. The problem is the new machine doesn’t match the machine that I have. I just renovated my laundry room and I wanted both to be identical. I asked them to leave the old machine and I would see about trying to find someone else to fix it and to offer me a credit they agreed Unfortunately the guys who were there to move the unit out and to swap the units put the machine on their truck and damaged it. They broke the door off the hinges and pulled the rubber liner out, intentionally because they were angry that they were not taking the machine. Best Buy did nothing to resolve the issue and left me with a damaged machine and a credit.
