  I chose the Best Buy Express at Albion Mall because it was the closest location to my workplace and would save me a trip to a larger Best Buy store like Sherway Gardens or Heartland Town Centre. I visited to purchase Meta smart glasses, but I was undecided between the Meta Fury, Meta Adventurer, and the Gen 1 Skyler with Transition lenses. My main reason for visiting was to get some guidance and, most importantly, to try the display models on before making a purchase. Unfortunately, although the Meta Fury and Meta Adventurer were on display, I was told that customers could not try them on and that this was only possible at a full-sized Best Buy location. I found this disappointing and confusing. If the glasses are displayed in-store, customers should reasonably expect to be able to try them on, especially since they're secured behind a locked display. Choosing eyewear is a personal decision, and fit and appearance are major factors before spending several hundred dollars. I also had questions about the Transition lenses, such as how dark they become in different lighting conditions. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't provide much information or guidance, which made it difficult to make an informed purchase. The staff were polite, but I believe Best Buy Express could provide a much better customer experience by ensuring employees are better trained on the products they sell and by allowing customers to try on display models. The convenience of an Express location should extend beyond its location, it should also provide the support customers need to make confident purchasing decisions.

  I had an excellent experience with Ami at Best Buy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions patiently, and helped me find the right product without making me feel pressured. His professionalism and excellent customer service made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Ami, for your outstanding support. I highly recommend him to anyone visiting Best Buy!

  Rudest customer service employee I've ever dealt with. Acted like I was supposed for every question I had, was unhelpful and rude with everything I needed and didn't even say goodbye.

  Had a great experience at this Best Buy location, thanks to AMI! They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. It’s rare to get such attentive, genuinely helpful service these days. AMI made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for them if you visit this store!
