  Lucas and Bilal has been an amazing help today. I purchased a wireless bud but when I opened it, it was empty. They were able to fix the issue within 2 mins by replacing it for me. They were very friendly and thank you guys.

  I really want to support brick and mortar stores but visiting today pushed me more to online shopping. I was looking for a simple SD memory card and went over to the computer section. A small gang of employees were just standing around talking and talking at the geek squad area ... At least three of them saw me looking puzzled not being able to find an item but they just kept yammering away. I made my way over to the pick up area to ask if they knew where memory cards were in the store. They seemed extremely puzzled at the concept of what a memory card was... I made my way over to the camera section and finally found some cards, but everything was 32gb or larger with ridiculous pricing. I just needed an 8gb card... I propped myself against a pillar and pulled out my phone and purchased a couple of memory cards from Amazon. Stay home, save the gas and skip this Best Buy.

  Customer service is garbage. Every worker is on their phone and when you ask a question they don't even know their products and answers to anything. They'll "grab" somebody for you, be prepared to wait 15 minutes for another associate

  If you need any kind of assistance at all don't come to this location you will be waiting a very long time..i seen a lot of employees but they were all so busy talking ro eachother, and when i asked for assistance they said they will send someone, that someone never came after 20 minutes of waiting wasted time i can't get back i decided this is not a fun shopping experience, these day's with the cost of everything being so high..I'd rather spend my money where i can get help with my purchase and my hard earned money is appreciated
