  Reps not very helpful at this location. I had to beg a representative to help me bring my purchase to my car. Was too heavy to lift. The rep expected me to drag this item through the mall to my car. I asked for a dolly or something that u could use. They just stared at me. I would have returned the item but after begging for help one more time, then the male rep helped me. Wont return to this location again.

  Was in desperate neede of a new phone. looking for something that didn't hit my pocket too much but was actually pretty good. So shout out to my man Stephan for for helping me out. Answered all my questions. helped me from beginning to end and never felt pushy. Give that man a raise.

  I recently purchased a pair of Ray-Ban glasses, and honestly, the Meta rep, Seaaf, was extremely helpful. He took his time explaining everything, gave a thorough demo, and made sure all my questions were answered. I just wanted to give a shoutout to Best Buy and Seaaf for the excellent customer service and great experience.

  I came to the store to pick up my Smeg coffee machine and was told I had to come back again because it had not arrived yet (although I had an email confirming delivery to the store). Just as I was about to leave employee Saed was to able fix the situation and found the product in the back! I was so excited Saed resolved this and I didn’t have to return to the store again! He was so helpful! Thank you Saed!

  I had an issue with a Fire Tv I purchased from this location which developed a problem. I approached the customer service desk and was greeted by a very courteous, and beautiful young lady (Amina) who was very helpful in dealing with my problem. Within minutes she was on her way to the stock room to get me a replacement. I am so impressed with the manner and competence the lady demonstrated it will change my opinion of Best Buy forever. I am so happy that even though I was in fight or flight mode she quickly took care of the problem I will be a Best Buy Customer forever. Thank you so much Amina, you are a wonderful representative of the company and you do your job exceptionally well.
