  I went to Best Buy specifically looking for a 98-inch TV and had questions about two different brands. Unfortunately, the employee who helped me was annoyed, uncooperative, and clearly uninterested in helping. When I asked about the differences between the brands and what she would recommend, she told me, “Nobody buys 98-inch TVs,” and then walked away. The employees in the TV section seemed much more interested in their own conversations than helping customers. I came in ready to make a purchase and simply wanted some guidance. Instead, I left frustrated and disappointed without buying anything. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this Best Buy.

  I went in with my dad to look for a new laptop and monitor for school, and Ammar was absolutely amazing! He was so patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He really took the time to understand what we needed and made the experience so easy. I would definitely recommend asking for Ammar at this location!

  TWICE! I bought a tv twice and both of them were damaged. I wasted my time, gas, effort. What is this branch selling to people? One of the tv looked like someone step on the tv. Almost 1k paid for it. Pure garbage is what they are selling. Have them open the box and test if the product is ok to use before buying at this location.UPDATE: just called your CS and I was very polite and said i was asked to contact you and what was required of me at this point. I can’t remember the name of the agent but I was a woman and inthunj name started with an N, she juts hung up on me. What is going on?UPDATE 2: finally got to talk to CS rep Fernando who just spend the call excusing the incidents. Listen to the call. You guys are really frustrating! Terrible experience in store and on the phone but I wasn’t surprised. You don’t seem to care for your clients.

  I had a great experience with Saed! I came in to pick up an order, and he was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He made the pickup quick and easy, and his customer service was excellent. I really appreciated his positive attitude and how welcoming he was. Definitely a great experience—I would recommend him to anyone!

  We initially purchased a 65-inch Sony TV but realized it was too large for our space and needed to exchange it. Kevin at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the entire return and exchange process smooth and hassle-free. The whole team was friendly and accommodating, and they were able to schedule the delivery and installation on the same day. The installer also arrived on time and completed everything perfectly. Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, professional staff, and a very smooth process. Special thanks to Kevin and the entire team!
