  Very impressed with services rendered here. Came in a month ago to upgrade phones and plan; Stephan took care of us, was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process, patient and just an all around good guy. Called phone carrier to get our activation fees waived after receiving the 1st bill as was instructed. After calling carrier, was told they do not hold the power to do that (which is crazy, they hold the power to do this, they are the carrier!) and was met with a frustrating conversation with the phone rep adamant that they cannot do that, we would have to reach out to Best Buy directly to get those fees credited to the next bill. Went into the store and spoke to Jassi who resolved our issue flawlessly and under pressure from an irate female on top of it too! Honestly, being human instead of hiding behind corporate robot protocols makes all the difference. Thank you Jassi!

  I had a great experience working with Martin in the Appliances department at Best Buy Etobicoke. He was extremely helpful in coordinating a fairly complicated appliance order for my client’s condo, which involved unstacking the existing appliances, delivery of the new ones the following day, and a separate installation and stacking appointment after that. Martin was very patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand the situation, explain everything clearly, and make sure all the details were properly coordinated. Thank you!

  10/5 across the board. This bestbuy location helped me out from beginning to the end. I wanted to get the iPhone 18 Pro with Freedom but they dont have it in their store. So I tried going to Best Buy and I didn’t regret going at all. Marc and another Asian girl who i forgot their name did an amazing job signing me up and giving me lots of deals and discounts. I went to the heartland that morning and tbh the guy who was helping me out didnt even care at all but when I went to this location. Everyone was so eager to help. If you ever need anything from phone to tech this is the best buy location you should head to!

  I visited the store to buy a charger and a stylus for my iPad. My iPad was out of power, so I wanted to check that the charger would work before buying it. When I approached a staff member named Jassi, he appeared to be speaking to someone through his headphones. He pointed at me and told me to wait in a way I found rude. I walked away to look for another employee, but couldn’t find one. When I returned and explained what I needed, he directed me to Geek Squad. There was a fairly long line, so I left without buying either item. I understand he may have been busy, but I was ready to make a purchase and felt dismissed. I would have appreciated some help checking the charger or a clearer explanation of why Geek Squad needed to handle it.

  Buyer beware if you finance electronics at this store. Make sure you ask for a complete breakdown of every fee and charge before agreeing to anything. In my experience, important costs were not clearly explained, including the one-time financing fee, warranty pricing, and the $150 Keep-the-Tech amount associated with the monthly subscription. I only became aware of some of these charges after the transaction. The sales staff were unable to clearly explain the charges and the experience was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying a laptop from this store. Ask questions, read every term carefully, and get all costs in writing before signing anything.
