  Recently we were in the market looking for a decent espresso coffee maker. Sadly our 25 year old Saeco coffee grinder seized up and blocked. We found a super modern Delonghi Magnifica that was on sale for $200- off. We chose to purchase it at this Best Buy in Newmarket because they have very courteous knowledgeable sales advisors. We were paired with STEPHEN. What luck. He has a walking disability and uses two canes. Boy does he know his coffee makers! All my questions were answered. The beauty is that there is a 30 day return policy, even if you had used it. Only Costco would also do this. Best Buy is our go to store for all our electronics and appliances. Thanks Stephen!

  Poor services, Sent computer to Newmarket store for fixing, cost us $600 it turns not fixed properly. Came 4 or 5times spent 2 or 3 weeks to give them try to fix but it still didn’t work. Spoke with one of the manager Dijot asked for refund, she gave me the answer was she can’t give me refund cause the computer had the new part on it. Very funny, I went to there was not ordering part, anyhow she was impatient to me, Feels like didn’t want to talk to me. My question is if them can’t provide proper services, does customer still need to pay to make Dojit happy? UPDATE today, just find out the first date we sent our computer to Bestbuy was in June, it took almost 2 months gave them to try 4 or 5 times the results all did NOT work. clearly expressed with Dojit yesterday, I would like to have the refund because the computer is not fixed. As a team lead she gave the solution was the same as last 4 or 5 times as other staff offered. send my computer for testing again. If that way works, my computer had already fixed a month ago. When I disagree with her, she left me to other staff who can’t make any decision because she was getting off the work.

  I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at the Best Buy Newmarket location. The customer service is poor, and it’s often difficult to get assistance when needed. The store frequently seems to have system issues, which leads to unnecessary delays and frustration. Unfortunately, it feels like the focus is on making sales rather than providing support after the purchase. Overall, the customer experience has been disappointing, and I hope management takes steps to improve both their systems and their customer service.

  Exceptional Service from Emily at Best Buy Newmarket! I recently purchased a 75-inch TCL TV from Best Buy in Newmarket, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Emily, and she was, without a doubt, one of the best sales associates I’ve ever dealt with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. Buying a TV can be overwhelming with so many different brands, models, features, and price points. Emily took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question I had, explained the differences between the options, and helped me feel confident that I was making the right choice. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or rushed into a purchase. What really stood out to me was that Emily genuinely seemed to care about finding the right TV for me, rather than simply making a sale. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and it absolutely deserves to be recognized. Best Buy Newmarket is very fortunate to have someone like Emily on their team. I hope her management sees this review because employees who provide this level of service deserve to know that their efforts are noticed and appreciated. Thank you, Emily, for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. I absolutely love my new TV, and when I’m ready for my next electronics purchase, I’ll be coming back to Best Buy Newmarket and looking for Emily! Highly, highly recommend her! 👏
