  The world needs more people like Jay. He's kind and knows what he's talking about. He made me so comfortable buying a new iPad and I was really concerned that I'd be able to handle it. He walked me through the set up process. We copied everything from my old one to my new one. He showed me how to set up the eye pencil and showed me how to copy files and he was so kind the whole time. I just really really had a wonderful experience there Jay's the best.

  Jay and his crew were the most helpful setting up my wife when her phone was hacked or compromised! From start to finish, he was able to calm the both of us and reassure us that everything would be fine. Everyone there deserves a great pat on the back. They did their level best to sort out the eSIM issues on my new Google Pixel 10, but the issues with Virgin stemmed from their resident software and it’s got nothing to do with Best Buy! Hey, even the Virgin business folks in Barrie had to bump up my issues to Higher authority folks. These guys are the best! Warmest thanks for everything!!
