- JCJust Curious4 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited my closest store (which is over 30mins from my home) to shop for a new tv. I spoke to a gentleman who provided me with specific information. As I was in the research phase of my purchase, I continued to other retailers to way all my options. Now I have further questions and apparently I am not allowed to speak to my store directly. Instead I get a call centre rep, not even in my own country, who refused to transfer me to the store, or provide a direct line phone number so I could reconnect with the gentleman I have already spoken to. Not to mention, she obviously who has no idea of the conversation I had with the store employee. USELESS!!! I am expected to drive over an hour out of my way to accomplish what could be resolved in a 5 minute phone conversation. So they just lost a sale and all of my future business. And in the era of social media madness, I will be sure to encourage everyone I know to shop elsewhere as well. In a world with multiple options...customer service is key. Obviously a factor in success Best Buy has failed to recognize.

There was 1 person at the tills assisting a customer in getting an iPad set up from what I could see. There should be a dedicated area for service and a dedicated area for checking out/pick ups. If this wasn't something my daughter gave me the money for I wouldn't have even bothered staying

Always a couple ppl at the counters but somehow only one is ever working the checkout?! Store doesn’t open until 10am daily because apparently fully employed morning ppl don’t need assistance with electronics. I get better customer service at yard sales. Just a disappointing experience EVERY time I shop here.
