From the moment I walked in, the employees were dismissive, short-tempered, and downright disrespectful. I was checkjng out a product, instead of helping, they treated me like I was wasting their time. The attitude was condescending and unprofessional – it felt like they couldn’t wait for me to leave the store. Best Buy used to be a place where you could count on knowledgeable and friendly help. This location has clearly lost that completely. Zero effort to assist customers, just pure rudeness. I will never shop at this Pinebush Road Best Buy again, and I strongly recommend everyone avoid it. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

The manager who came to assist behaved very rudely, which was shocking. I was surprised that someone in a leadership position could treat a customer this way, as a good leader should set a positive example for their team. When I mentioned that I wanted to buy the watch using a Fairstone card, the manager made comments that felt inappropriate and condescending. She also implied that the price would not change the next day, which came across as dismissive. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and it felt like I was being judged unfairly. I hope Best Buy takes customer service seriously, as this interaction was not acceptable.
