    I went to purchase a new phone with my friend but the customer service was not good at all. If talking about staff’s customer service I would rate minus. The associate I talked to was Jeevan. The person showed attitude for no reason and also was behaving like they don’t want to sell something. Never going to come back to this store. Worst experience.

    I was there Friday evening and got a couple laptops and the girl that was helping was fantastic but then this other girl decided she would be pushy and over step and tried to sell me the added protection , I politely declined and then she asked again I said no 3 times and then thought it was done then she can came back and asked again!!! But this time she also had to mention she didnt work on commissions, I dont really care i said NO 3 times if I wanted it that wouldnt even matter , so I said no again amd then she kept pushing trying to say well yoi know in a couple years the parts could be so expensive, again im like no I really dont need in a couple years if it breaks ill just buy a new one !! Like leave me alone not only was she pushy there was already someone helping me so why she felt like she needed to butt in idk ..also it was disrespectful to the person who was actually helping ..is this what you do to your staff it cant be good for morale and she made me never to want to shop this location again ..I will drive further if I have too

    I made a pretty big purchase here a couple weeks ago and I had a wonderful shopping experience thanks to Pooria! He was super helpful and kind and honestly, he restored my faith in customer service!!! From the moment I walked in, he was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. What stood out most was his patience and kindness. He made sure I felt happy with my purchase and didn’t rush me at all. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days.     As a senior low tech lady, I have to say that this particular store has continually just had gracious sincere help. I’ve bought my laptop and my TV now I’ve just purchased a speaker and a microphone and a remote control and I just feel so comfortable coming in and asking my questions then finding people that are not trying to upsell me, but they’re truly hearing me and giving me very helpful solutions one person even helped to fix my laptop glitch without charging me a penny but today it was NAV and Jason and hi-fi to both of them and thank you very much.
