    I was able to get a new phone sorted and new plan (although I did not come there to get a new plan, and that aspect was a little pushy). But as we were waiting for my phone to load the person helping me left to go home without telling me. I was waiting around for them, and nobody came to help me until I asked. My email was put it wrong even though I asked to confirm it was correct - and I did not have service during the transfer as I didn’t have the documents emailed to me.

    Sorry a bit late in posting.I went in to Best buy yesterday to see if I can get help in getting into my laptop not knowing password .I am so grateful for Mohamed's help.He helped me with everything I needed and was calm and understanding of my situation. Thank you soo much Mohamed!

    I had a very frustrating experience at this Best Buy location. I went in for a SIM card replacement and was told by an employee named Huzaifa that it could not be done because it was considered “high risk.” He refused to proceed and did not even ask to see my ID, despite me having valid identification with me. After leaving the store, I called Best Buy customer support and was informed that a SIM replacement could be completed as long as proper identification was provided. Because of the incorrect information I received, I had to make a second trip back to the store. When I returned, my ID was checked and the SIM replacement was completed without any issues. Despite the inconvenience and wasted time, there was no apology or acknowledgment that I had been given incorrect information the first time. The whole interaction left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. Customers deserve accurate information, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations at all.

    Bought a TV and had it installed by their "geek squad". While the TV ended up being returned for a defect that was out of their control, their customer service and installers did an exceptional job making it right. Would absolutely recommend them.

    A few weeks ago, my mom and I went in for a phone upgrade. We traded in our old phones for an iPhone 17 and an iPhone 17 Pro Max. We were at the store around 6:30 and it ended up being a timely transaction to transfer data from our old phones to the new phones, and we were there past the closing time in order to get everything transferred. The staff was incredibly helpful we had two people helping us Jeevan and Brody. For something that became much longer than anyone has anticipated, everyone was very understanding and incredibly helpful with assisting us. They were both more then willing to help and and made our upgrade process to the new phones, incredibly smooth and hassle free. Which you don’t find a lot these days. It’s hard to find good customer service and we definitely received excellent customer service during our transactions. I would highly recommend people go to this Best Buy for their phone upgrades or any other services. Jeevan is extremely knowledgable about phone plans and discounts and you would be likely to have him assist you.
