Dropped off our laptop on February 21st and still don't have it and still not repaired. My son has been without his laptop this whole time while at university and now during exams. No loaner given and paid out of pocket to get it fixed. Absolutely the worst service. They say they will calll and they never do. They tell you it's on the truck and yet its still not ready????

Ai answers all phone lines and gets you nowhere. I have a $250 controller which no longer works and can do nothing with it. Guess they will likely wait to answer my help request only after the extra protection plan is expired. Horrible experience 😪
