  Manger told me they are doing me a "favour" by replacing the vacuum as they mysteriously don't cover batteries with geek squad protection plan (completely untrue as i confirmed with 2 other stores and the customer service number) and then proceeded to give me that favour by giving me a lesser quality vacuum cause it was a dyson V8.. keep in mind dyson V8 has a bunch of different variations. mine came with all the attachments. my favour comes with nothing .... Keep in mind i waited there for about 10 minutes while 4 employees including 2 managers (well i think they are from the black shirt) stood there talking. when asked if they can help me they said only the one employee talked to the managger of the day so they couldn't help me. when that employee heard us she just said that the manager didnt say anything and just that the vacuum was in the back... then Ramandeep proceeded to take another 10 minutes to figure it out, and then offer me this "favour" which is a lesser quality cheaper vacuum

  I got fleeced. I was persuaded to buy a membership saying it could be cancelled anytime. I have being trying to cancel the membership and they keep billing me. If that is not unfair marketing then what is???

  I’ve been buying my computer equipment from this location for the last 3 years and I’ve received great service each time I’ve been there. My last interaction was what finally made me post this review. I purchased a Canon multifunction printer for my business a few weeks ago, not realizing that it was lacking a critical feature relating to duplex scanning. I discovered this after three weeks and after visiting Cannon’s forums, I saw that I had purchased the wrong printer for my needs. So I brought it back without the box to see if I could exchange it for the correct model. The person I dealt with, Will, said it was no problem, took back my printer without the box and brought me out the correct one and charged me the difference. No hassle. Great customer service! I will continue to do business with Best Buy Brantford!

  Good customer service but the general smell is unbearable. Manager should demand employees personal hygiene or the site will remain empty
