- JCJane Chura4 days ago2.0Bought a cell phone from the Brantford store. Michael said next day delivery. Been waiting, and it will be at least 3 days before it's here. Tried calling the store and it was directed to a place in the states and the gentleman had terrible English. So, 800.00 later and I'm still waiting even though the message that Best Buy sent me said it was to be at the store for pick up yesterday. Again no stock at the store.

I just drive right to Ancaster and don’t even bother checking Brantford anymore. Tried again today. Out of stock, had to go to Ancaster.
