  I walked in to purchase 2 iphones, 17 pro max and 17 pro upfront in the middle of my work day. I chose this location rather than my home location as it was close to my workplace. There were no offers/deals and the prices were the same as the Apple store or Staples which was fine. When i went to pay, I was told that an id would be needed, which i produced. Since these phones were intended for business gifting by my husband, he had given me his credit card. At the final stage I was told that I could not buy the phones because the card was not mine and that my husband would need to be there in person to legitimise the purchase. These terms are not mentioned in the store nor were it conveyed to me before. If required, i could have produced a marriage certificate or a call with my husband but was not given any option. If the store has a high value potential sale, there is always an option offered under such circumstances. There was no way i was bringing my husband 25km away as proof. The store is not liable in case of a fraudulent transaction anyway so didn't understand the unnecessary rule. Their loss! Never going there again.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Racial profiling, harassment, and completely false accusations I am still in shock over how my friends and I were treated at this Best Buy. An undercover security guard inside the store was staring us down. When I politely asked him what was wrong, his attitude was incredibly disrespectful and hostile. He looked right at me and said, "I can do what I want, this is not India, then literally tried to challenge me to a fight, telling me to step outside. We went outside just to get away from him and avoid any drama. But he actually followed us out to keep escalating things. My friends kept trying to talk to him in a respectful way and told him to calm down, but that's when he started shouting racist remarks at us. We didn’t react, so he stormed back inside and returned with about 10 to 15 mall security guards. He completely lied to them and said I was stealing, which makes zero sense because I was literally just standing near the billing counter by the entrance apply for fairstone. The mall guards wouldn't even let me speak or listen to my side of the story. They just treated us like criminals, threatened to call the police, and one-year ban from the whole shopping center. This was disgusting, hurtful discrimination over absolutely nothing. Please think twice before shopping here.

  Great experience at Best Buy! The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't pressure me at all while I was comparing tech products. The store was well-stocked and clean, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. Checkout was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for electronics and expert advice!

  I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Rubalpreet. When I was trying to apply for financing, she provided me with incorrect information, which resulted in an unnecessary impact on my credit. After I contacted the company again, another representative clearly explained what had actually happened, and it became obvious that I had been guided incorrectly. Unfortunately, this was not a one-time mistake — Rubalpreet gave me wrong information on two separate occasions. I found this very irresponsible and frustrating, especially when it involved something as important as financing and credit. I expected accurate guidance and better customer service. Very disappointing experience. Then I ended up buying directly of-course but this another girl name kirandeep.. you really need to work on costumer skills, we are paying from our pocket, you better fix your attitude. Highly disappointed. I would never recommend to go to this store.

  I’ve been coming to this specific Best Buy location for years and it’s always been my go-to for electronics. I bought my first DSLR camera here, along with hard drives, laptops, and other tech essentials over time. It’s safe to say this store has been part of many of my big purchases. My most recent visit, though, truly stood out thanks to the incredible staff. Huge shoutout to Kalash, Sydney, and Manpreet, they made the entire experience memorable. Sydney was so knowledgeable and genuinely empathetic. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us accordingly, without any pressure. Kalash is amazing. If you’re looking for a good deal, ask for him specifically. He’s an excellent listener, took the time to understand our situation, and worked to get us a great deal that matched exactly what we needed. Manpreet was wonderful too and such a pleasure to talk to. We even discovered we share the same zodiac sign, which made for a fun, easy conversation while she helped us out. Beyond the individual service, the overall ambiance of the store was fantastic. We were greeted with genuine smiles the moment we walked in, and that energy carried through the whole visit. It’s clear this team cares about creating a positive shopping experience, not just making a sale. This has easily become my favorite Best Buy location, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend asking for Kalash, Sydney, or Manpreet if you visit, they’ll take great care of you!
