  Really Bad management!! Went to this store to pick up an item during regular store hours only to find out that the store closed for a special event for only customers that hold their silly credit card. I was furious since I wasted my time to drive to the store that was supposed to be open. I went in anyway and the kid at the counter was giving me attitude, that I'm not supposed to be in the store, WOW!! I contacted Best Buy head office regarding this special event but as usual I was informed that the stores are independently owned, and they can't assist in the matter, even though the stores carry their name and have to abide by their policies. Head office just forwarded my complaint to the store, which followed by an arrogant email from the store manager asking what I wanted, assuming for my trouble. All I wanted is for the store to be open during their store hours and do their special events after hours. He actually implied that I made a complaint to get something for free from the store. That aggravated me even more. For retail store management to have that little respect for their customers is a head scratcher. Will never shop at that store or any other Best Buy as well, due to how the head office handled it (did nothing). I now shop at Visions Electronics, which has superior service and prices compared to Best Buy. Got to love competition!!

  There’s a reason for your overall 3 star review rating on Google because of the attitude of your sales person and customer service representatives especially the dots & feathers one. They just roam and do nothing. No one really cares if you are supervisor or representative, customer just wanted to come and purchase the items which they like, if you can’t respect that I think you should look for other professions where you just have to stand and judge , because that’s what your marked visible unwanted representative does. Never visiting again would order online or might go to the one at Mavis location..

  Awful experience with the Manager, Anthony. I wonder who made him the manager. He has zero customer skills and highly incompetent. When I asked him about the gift card I want to use without the physical card in my possession, he simply said no. Though, I had the card number and the PIN with me, he still denied it. When I showed him online that I can use it as per the best buy policy, he replied that he does not trust anyone because of ongoing fraud happening all over. I could see that his default state was to say no to the customer.

  I had an amazing experience with Kalash! He was awesome from start to finish and provided excellent customer service. What really stood out was how much time he took to explain everything instead of rushing. He carefully went through all the specs and details of the item we needed, making sure we understood every feature and helping us choose the right option. Super knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I highly recommend asking for Kalash if you want great service and someone who genuinely cares about helping customers!

  Terrible experience. The salesperson was extremely unhelpful and lacked basic transparency. I was looking into financing a MacBook Air and was repeatedly pushed to apply before being given clear information. When I asked whether the financing would involve a credit card, I was initially told no. Only after further questioning did the salesperson admit it was through a Fairstone credit card. I was also quoted roughly $33/month for 36 months, but only later discovered that this was actually a lease program and that I would have to pay an additional ~$400 at the end if I wanted to keep the laptop. That crucial detail was never disclosed upfront. Customers should not have to interrogate staff to get the full terms of a financing agreement. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and very disappointing customer service.
