  I went to this Express location to purchase a new console bundle ($700+) with a protection plan and Fairstone financing. Unfortunately, the associate, Jamie, was incredibly dismissive, short, and hostile from the very beginning of the interaction. When I asked about specific protection plan tiers that the standalone Bell Blvd store had just detailed for me 10 minutes prior, he flatly told me they didn't exist, refused to look into it, and told me to "Google the customer service number" instead of helping me. After calling customer service outside and confirming the plan did exist, I returned. Instead of owning the mistake, Jamie became highly defensive, argued with me, and actively cut me off. He even stated verbatim that he gave me attitude because he "sensed attitude first"—the pinnacle of unprofessional retail behaviour. To make matters worse, 3–4 coworkers lined up behind him to watch the interaction like a show, eventually pressuring me to just buy the item and leave rather than de-escalating the situation. Jamie also provided completely false information, claiming the console couldn't be covered at all and that Fairstone purchases couldn't be returned at any other store (both confirmed false by corporate and the standalone location). I ultimately had to go back to the Bell Blvd store to get proper service. Complete lack of training, accountability, and basic respect from this team. Avoid this location and go to Bell Blvd instead.

  Abhi was helpful and found numerous discounts for me. I switched my cell and internet service to better plans, for less money, and upgraded my phone for a low monthly charge.

  The people who work here are really chill and super helpful. I accidentally broke my phone this morning and when Bell did basically nothing to help me (been a customer for 15 years) and I went to this Best Buy just a few doors down. They got me a much better monthly price on the same plan with Bell and also a new phone. Abhi deserves much praise for saving the day and my wallet. Thank you!
