The gentleman Monday said I would get an email later that day or very latest Tuesday morning. Never received an email so again called. Was told I would now get the email by Wednesday delivery Thursday. I am upset. Could have order the same item, same price on Amazon and it would have been delivered by now! Went to the store to get refund and manager lied to my face and said it had been shipped. I told him I talk to someone this morning and it hadn't. I should get an email. He went over email and purposely lied about my email. I verified my email the day I purchased the tv. I guess I should have listened to my gut. My card has been copied 2 by Future Shop and now Best Buy is showing to be as corrupt as it's former name! I will never shop there again!
