    I had a wonderful experience at this standalone location and highly recommend choosing this store over the mall Express location. I came in to purchase a new console bundle with a protection plan. The staff here were incredibly knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining all the different protection plan tiers and financing options so I knew exactly what was available. Although the specific console bundle they had in stock at the time had a damaged box, and I preferred a pristine one since it was a major $700+ investment, the team was completely understanding. They took the time to check inventory for me and confirmed that the mall location had two in stock, assuring me that the same great protection plans and financing would apply there. After a terrible, misinformed experience at the mall store, I actually came right back to this Bell Boulevard location to add my warranty and finish my transaction. The staff here immediately cleared up all the misinformation I was given elsewhere. William and the team this week at this location were professional, accurate, and truly understands great customer service. Thank you for saving my purchase!

    Found what I wanted easily as had been there researching and chatting regarding this item before... Got the last item on shelf,'though website said total of 4 in stock!!... Lady at cash was friendly, helpful, and professional!... Left store with great feeling of good value for my money, plus great interaction with staff...

    I went in yesterday to buy a Router. The person at the front, took the information that I wrote down including the online number that I provided to make his job easier to find the product. He found it and it said that there were Three in stock. He called to ask for assistance, but after a few minutes it was clear that no one was coming, even though they weren't busy. So he asked the Cashiers where the Routers were, and they gave directions to the correct aisle. So he told me to go and look on my own, no problem, I'm capable of doing that, but when I got to the aisle, they didn't have the Router that I was looking for, nor was there anyone around to help me. So I left the store with nothing, and ordered on Amazon. It was a totally crappy experience. Why couldn't anyone help?! I won't be back, and I have a lot of Electronics that I will be purchasing in the near future, but I want to spend my money where I feel valued as a customer, and although that's not necessarily Amazon, at least I know what to expect with Amazon. If I could give Zero stars, I would!

    I bought a switch 2 brand new here with a 3 year warranty. I had my switch 2 sent for repair, they replaced it with one that has more problems. My original issue was with the battery and now I am stuck with a unit that will not play cartridge consistently. I was inside today and was told that the issue is because I need an Internet connection.
