  I was in Best Buy this morning (Oct 7th) for a computer battery issue. David investigated, re-installed, worked through some additional issues with the battery and drives, and recovered all the files. What a life saver! I would comment him on his excellent troubleshooting skills and good customer service. His manager should know what a great job he did.

  Recently purchased a Samsung TV from the Belleville store. The sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable. Two Geek Squad Techs, Marshall and Ben came to install the television at our home.They could not have been more helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service that we were not expecting. The company is lucky to have such great staff! Thank you!!!

  I went in a few days ago with my dad with buy the new iPhone 18 pro, the worker named Carolina was the one helping us. She’s such a personable worker and made the entire process of transferring data from my Samsung to the new phone waaaay easier! She made my dad and I laugh a lot and it was like talking to a friend, she was very knowledgeable about the process and advised me about different data plans that would work for me while being in school. She also managed to find even more deals for me so the price would be lower which my bank account very much appreciates. I thought that she was a manager when I first went in so I hope that’s the case! The Best Buy team there seem like they’re all friends and having fun working and that’s nice to see! Very funny as well! The Peterborough Best Buy also said they weren’t able to transfer the data and that no Best Buy could so automatically this store is the better choice! Overall, Carolina is an amazing worker that should be promoted whenever someone gets the chance because she deserves it!

  Went in and an employee named Carolina immediately helped me out and was very friendly, professional and goes beyond to explain things to me. Very friendly and amazing place.

  Waited in the store for about 20 minutes, even after I asked for support in the TV section. The ONLY reason this store gets 3 stars is because of Carolina, otherwise zero stars and literally a call to head office for absolutely disgusting lack of service. She came back on the floor after her break and immediately engaged in us and other customers. Every other employee looked at us and walked by, without a care or concern. There is no service in this store except for Carolina. She should be the supervisor or store manager as she knows how to engage people.
