The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful, and very understanding of someone who doesn't know much about technology. I unfortunately had my laptop that I've had for 7 years just break down this summer, and I wasn't quite sure what to look for as a replacement. When I visited the first time to inquire about different laptops, Hamza gave me some great advice that helped me in my search for a new computer, and explained everything in a very clear way that I appreciated! Today, I came back to ask some final questions and make my decision on a new laptop, and Meghan was super nice and once again very understanding, explaining everything very clearly regarding the different processors and what type would be ideal for me! Overall, I am so happy with the service I have received here and with my new computer! I want everyone here to know they are doing an amazing job at least in my experience. 😊
