Yesterday, my family and I came here to buy a tablet, but the staff did not approach us or offer help. We had to ask someone ourselves to get information.
Today, we came back because we decided to buy the tablet, but we felt disappointed again. The staff still did not pay attention to us or provide proper assistance. We feel very disappointed with the customer service.

We purchased 2 new Lenovo desk top computers complete with Geek Squad coverage and a new Apple IPhone 16 (using Bell) with warranty a year ago. I had to take the computer in twice to have them correctly transfer over files which was part of the service package. They put the phone in the wrong name and it's taken a year to get that changed with Bell and now I'm paying a higher amount than my original contract. I've been on the phone for hours with Bell trying to get this fixed. All of these problems are due to Best Buy personnel errors! If you are going to purchase from Best Buy be very careful regarding ALL the details. The Sales Reps are nice and very helpful when in store (and will offer you a good deal), but once you leave, any problems are yours to deal with. I think I've made my last major purchase from them.

I had the privilege of speaking with Cory. He approached me to offer help with choosing a portable air conditioner. Cory was incredibly knowledgeable of how they work, and how the Best Buy models compare. He seemed like a smart guy in general. He helped me make a much more informed decision. Madhu was also very helpful. I left my payment cards at home. I only had Apple Pay, but the value of my purchase exceeded the tap limit. He helped me find an alternative way to pay without having to return to the store.
