  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to Fizal, our Solution Advisor. We purchased both a TV and soundbar from him, and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. Fizal took the time to understand what we needed and gave us a really good deal. There was absolutely no pressure, and he made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. What made the experience even more special was how kind he was to my son. His birthday is coming up, and Fizal gave him two Freezies and some goodies, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. My son was very happy! Fizal is genuinely a super friendly and caring person who goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you, Fizal, for the amazing service. We will definitely be coming back to Best Buy!

  Haska was absolutely exceptional! I came in some time ago looking for a birthday gift for my grandson, and she was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. She suggested that a scooter or an iPad would be great options and took the time to explain the different types and features of each. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Her outstanding customer service made the entire experience so enjoyable!

  I had the best experience with Alicia!! She was checking me out, realizing I was coughing and unable to catch my breath trying to answer her questions about my phone number and email address.Alicia acted quickly to offer and then get me water. You don’t know how much it means to have a Best Buy representative go above and beyond the regular customer service requirement. Alicia, thank you so much for personalizing my Best Buy experience…. Best Buy you hired a gem!!! Thank you again!!

  They made me get the best buy geek squad membership by advertising that they can fix any electronics even bought from somewhere else. I got the membership and dropped off my Surface Pro last Saturday and they said they will take 1-2 business days. I let them know that my classes start from Tuesday so I need it by Monday end of day and they said they took a note and it should be done by then. On Monday morning they call me to come over and give them a key to help them fix it. I dropped by and they took a picture of the key. Today on Wednesday, first of all its still not fixed. Another agent calls me and asks me to come by again to give them the key. Is this a joke? First of all they cannot uphold the date that they commit, and they have no value for their customer's time. I will never be associated with their membership in the future and will avoid best buy moving forward. I hope others don't go through the same thing.
