  I came in to the store to purchase a new cell phone and Sofia was able to assist me in choosing a Pixel 10 phone at an agreeable price. She made suggestions which lowered my costs and was extremely helpful, and friendly during the entire contract negotiation. She went above and beyond to help where she was able and I appreciated her attention to detail. Super employee! Bravo, Sofia!

  Thanks to Daniel in the laptop section of the store for helping me to find a laptop much more easily and quickly. As soon as I arrived he offered help which was a relief to me to not have to track anyone down. There are so many options but he seemed to know the products and the specs very well. His coworker (sorry, do not know his name) was also very helpful, and had specialized knowledge about the Google Chromebook types of laptops. I was at a different store prior to walking in and had felt like a burden by asking for help with the laptops, so it was very nice to be greeted and offered a lot of assistance when I arrived here. Thank you!

  Customer service checkout at Ajax staff very rude. Staff at the Whitby location was able to give me a very good deal on a TV, when asking to pick up the TV from Ajax, they refused saying that they shouldn't have given me this promotional offer at Whitby 💀. Refused to refund my TV order as well. Absolutely no options provided. DO NOT GO TO AJAX BEST BUY

  I have been to many Bestbuy branches but in this one the whole staff were really professional, not pushing on upselling useless accessoriesand Mohammad went above and beyond to help me with my financing account, thanks a lot high recommend!
