  I had such a wonderful experience with James at Best Buy! He went above and beyond to make sure I felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. There was an unexpected delay with the tech team, but James handled everything with so much thoughtfulness, patience, and care that what could have been a frustrating experience ended up being an incredibly positive one! Thank you James!!

  I went to best buy to get a laptop for school last year (late review, but still mad), because I know nothing about computers. The associate sold me a Chromebook and Microsoft 365 desktop on a card to install later. How surprised was I to learn you can't use desktop on a chrome! How did she not know that?? They wouldn't return it because it was in the form of a gift card, so now I have Microsoft 360 on a card I can't use. And when I went to try and return it, they made me feel stupid, and treated me like I had already used the card and was trying to return. I went for their expertise, but left with products that couldn't even be used together. Wouldn't recommend.

  Make sure you unbox your TVs right in front of them, I was sold a shattered TV. My bf and I are in the middle of moving and was excited to purchase our new TV from this location, first of all no one even offered to help us when we were looking, we didn’t move into our new place until a few weeks later so we decided to keep the TV in its original box to ensure safety during the process of the move. When we finally got around to unboxing the TV that’s when we discovered the glass was shattered. There were no dents or damages on the box itself so this came as a complete shock to us especially when we were the most careful with this item during the move. Unfortunately it was a few days over 30 days since we purchase it so best buy basically didn’t hear me out or helped my situation at all. Super disappointed as this was one of our first big purchase just for it to go to absolute waste. Can’t respond to best buy’s response but I have tried that solution, still no help and waiting for the store manager themselves to contact me.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy Ajax. I ordered a MacBook Air about three weeks ago and was told that I would receive a call when it arrived at the store. I waited for a long time, but no one contacted me. When I finally went to the store myself, I found out that my MacBook had already been there for a week. I was never informed. After they gave it to me, I was told to wait two more days before setting it up. I waited three days, but when I tried to start the MacBook, it asked for a password that I did not have. Now I have to go back to the store again, and I was told I may have to wait another two weeks for them to fix the issue. This has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. After this experience, I do not want to return to this store. I expected much better customer service and communication.
