Went here the other day to recycle a laptop with my girlfriend. I stood at customer service for 5 whole minutes while the two employees had a conversation right infront of us about something they were going to get from COSTCO. They didn't even look our way but they definitely knew we were right infront of them. I had to literally APOLOGIZE for interrupting their non work conversation... This is the FURTHEST thing from good customer service. It was a tall white man and a short white girl. You guys need to do better. Your job is customer service. So pay attention to the customers. Thanks. Probably will never come to this best buy again, makes sense why your ratings are so low.

I was at this location on Saturday may 9th. I was using the computer to search for products as no one was helping me. At this time I was approached by a lady from Best Buy who questioned my actions. And immediately went to security to get me out of the store.
I feel like I was racially profiled and discriminated against do to my autism. I will be taking this up with Best Buy Canada, (my old employer)

Terrible experience from almost all thr men the store on may 1st 2026. Around mid day. Dismissive. Everyone I looked at for help looked away. Anyone who saw pretend to be busy. I stood there for 4 mins in the store beifre getting help. Now the following day. I only waited 5 mins or less the female that helped me was amazing. Keep her and promote her .

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
