    If I could rate no stars that would give them too much credit. The entire staff is rude and forgets they are in the customer service biz. DO NOT GO THERE! Complete lack of training, lack of programs understanding and phones. All they want is the commission. When you’re hooked you’re screwed. A move from ATT has been a nightmare. No one cares. I was left with a brand new phone with no back up. 15 years with ATT gone. The salesman wiped my old phone before loading my image on the new phone. Left me to figure it out. I had to download each app religion and set up like a new client. When I returned they said it was an “apple” problem. Shrugged their shoulders. Their smug I don’t give a crap attitude is insulting. The lack of any professionalism or apology for leaving in a complete mess is unacceptable. It took a week of my time numerous trips to various retailers to try to get some resemblance of my phone back. Then to make things worse they forgot to set up my credit trade in which cost me additional trips and expenses. The worst experience a new customer could have But because the first thing they did was wipe my phone before handing me my new phone and then telling me it would return to my old look and then shipping my trade in away. I’m screwed. Verizon Oceanside on Mission sucks. They all just sit around on there own phones and have not interest in helping me get it corrected. Just more time wasted. I would never choose Verizon. I would never believe any of the sales associates at Oceanside. Once they get your commission you’re not worth their time to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

    Came in to the store to do an Imei swap but was not even greeted.! The representative told me his name was Edgar but doesn’t have name tag. It’s a simple task and stores pay a fee to hold the name to be able to perform simple tasks but want off as were authorized go to a corporate store. The reason you pay this fees is to be able to perform business as Verizon but yet are performing businesses to be able to benefit the owner who is Victra.! This is not a stor to go to don’t waste your time .!! There all just trying to sale you something and if your not money signs the will dismiss you ..! I asked to speak with to his manager and he said he couldn’t be bothered because it’s his day off on a Thursday before 5 o clock.
