    I am so very upset with the service I received in the store and online customer service. I tried to cancel the order on line only to receive it anyway and be charged for it and wait for 2 weeks for the labels and I haven't received yet. They start taking a payment out of my bank account for a cancelled order. The online customer service stated they would cancel the order. I had to call back I was transferred 12 times with no help after 2 hours. I have 2 pins for two separate orders no being able to access my on line account. My I Phone 17 and I Pad Pro was stolen 2 days after purchase. I got the phone shut down and Asurion charged me $200. I was told by agent over the phone the I Pad Pro was included it was not. I final got an agent today to help me he was willing to try. He tried to mail me labels they don't work. He tried to see if my I Pad Pro was included it was not the previous owner phone number and information was attached to the I Pad Pro sold to me. I have to have the store provides the correct phone number for my account. Back to the store I go to get it straight. I need my refund for the first cancel order and the payment they took the for correct number applied to the I Pad PRO number for me. I want to cancel all service at this point

    I recently visited Verizon both in-store and through their customer support line, and unfortunately, I was left very disappointed. During my visit to the store, I sought assistance with gizmo watch activation. I encountered long wait times and staff who seemed overwhelmed and unable to help. After waiting, I was greeted by a representative who seemed uninterested in my concerns and provided vague answers that did not address my issue. Afterwards, I decided to give their phone support a try, hoping for a better experience. However, I encountered long hold times again and when my call was answered, the representative was not knowledgeable and further complicated my situation. Despite my efforts to explain my issue, I felt unheard and frustrated. Overall, my experience with Verizon has been far from satisfactory. Their customer service needs significant improvement, both in-store and over the phone. I would hesitate to recommend their services based on my recent experience.

    Avoid this location. I’ve had repeated issues with the staff here. This morning I went in to exchange my iPhone Pro for a Pro XL and was told they didn’t have it in stock. I was also told that, since only one agent was working, it would take an hour to process the exchange in-store and that it would be better to handle it online. When I got home and contacted Verizon support, I was told the phone was in stock at this location. This is not the first time I’ve had problems here, and based on the reviews, I’m clearly not alone.

    Google website from their store hours says they were open till 8 got there at 7 the store was closed with people inside and they weren't that busy to where someone could've said something. That was some of the poorest customer service ever and I will never return to that location EVER
