He told me they offered a photography class, so I signed up. “Please be sure to call us if you need to reschedule,” he said. So I tried to call to reschedule, I called the main number, I tried different options and guess what???? Exactly! Nobody ever answered. I spent 20 minutes of my precious time trying to get a person to let them know I wouldn’t be able to make it to the one-on-one class (great idea, by the way), but seriously, you need to improve your customer service. It is frustrating to waste time. I know you are busy, but please take care of your customers as you promised to do at the time of the purchase. Now I have a fancy camera I don’t know how to use :-( I am not sure I will continue to buy from you...why spend my money in a place that basically does not care :-/ v

They literally looked at it for two mins and told me they had no idea what was wrong with it and since it was almost TWO YEARS old I should just buy I new one. I'm sorry. I didn't realize that my $2,000+ laptop was so worthless after two years that they would barely touch it..

So today have to take the computer into the store and see what the problem is. Not happy with this. We have had Geek Squad for a couple years now and it has been great up until now
