Wonderful experience. We've been to 2 other vets but this was the first one our cat seemed not just comfortable but happy. The doctor spent more time giving pets and love than poking and proding. The whole staff made sure to greet the cat and I think it really made her comfortable. Even a shot didn't dampen her spirits. I think she's picked her vet ❤️

This place is amazing! Dr. April is so compassionate and HONEST. I went to Lone Tree Animal Hospital and they told me my lab (who the vet was terrified of) absolutely needed surgery or his other tendons would blow out. Trying to instill fear. I got a second opinion with Dr. April and she advised to wait and see if it heals with anti inflammatories to help swelling, advising against surgery at that time. And IT DID HEAL! She saved me $2500 or more and insane recovery time and hardship. Go to Dr. April if you love your pets! You can tell immediately that she loves animals dearly and is extremely experienced. She treated my lab like the big baby he is. The office might not be as nice as the new office at Lone Tree Animal but ohhhh it's so worth going to someone who actually cares and is not greedy.

This Place is a SCAM. They should be shut down. All they want is you to buy their insurance plan. Do not treat the animals very well. Staff quote items from another Dog. They also do not know how to perform procedures correctly. Make false reports to charge you for procedures. STAY AWAY. A false diagnosis occurs when a medical professional incorrectly identifies a patient's condition, leading to either a misdiagnosis (diagnosing the wrong condition) or a missed diagnosis (failing to diagnose a condition that exists). This can have serious consequences for the patient, including delayed or unnecessary treatment, worsening of the condition, and even death. THIS IS WHAT THEY SPECIALIZE IN: False DIAGNOSIS. They want to put my DOG under for (3) different times when all can be done at once. 1. TEETH CLEAN 2. MASS REMOVAL 3. MASS REMOVAL This is 101 for Doctors. However they risk your DOGS life. Do not take the risk go some place else. Do not trust this place.
