He said the phones we wanted would take 2 weeks to arrive. I remembered that Verizon’s site said they’d deliver to our house tomorrow, mentioned to my wife and she looked on the site which said they’re in stock at the Lakeshore store. The Lakeshore store was more inviting and better staffed. Julio helped us by answering all our dumb questions including checking which model screen protectors we needed!

I specifically requested the Unlimited Ultimate plan, but he activated the Welcome Unlimited instead. He also told me he had ordered my iPhone 17 Pro Max and even confirmed a delivery date, but by the end of the day, no order was ever placed. What’s worse, the guy seemed more focused on trying to sell me a phone they had physically in the store, instead of helping me get the one I actually wanted. On top of that, the line he activated never worked, and I had to go to another Verizon store to get my new phone line working after being four days without service. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Be careful when you visit this location.
